I went to the Braintree freeport store today and had a great experience chatting about fragrances old and new with Sam. His knowledge is beyond extensive. Thank you Sam

The young gentleman knew his stock and as always went above and beyond with his level of service. Took the time to explain value for money with different volumes.

Lovely branch with very friendly and knowledgeable staff
I’ve visited this branch a number of times and every time I go I’m met with very helpful staff, especially Amber. She now knows how much of a fan of Marc Jacob’s I am and goes out of her way to make me feel welcome and help me when I need it. The store has recently relocated, only about 50m away, and is larger. It has a wide de range of fragrances for both men and women.
It won’t be long before I’ll be going back to add to my collection 🤭
