The Perfume Shop - Braintree 144 Anmeldelser

I visited this store twice during the run up to Christmas and on both occasions was dealt with by two very helpful assistants. On the first occasion I was able to buy straight away the perfume I had come in for and it was all done very courteously, despite having a lot of customers waiting. On the second occasion, a last minute Christmas gift, the item I wanted was out of stock, but the Manager tried to accommodate my requirements by offering a deal on two 50cl bottles instead of the 100cl bottle I required. I declined that offer and was then offered to have the item ordered and delivered to my home just before Christmas. I was to ring the store if the item hadn't arrived by the Saturday before Christmas. This was reassuring and so I decided to do that. The perfume arrived at home on the due date and all was well. Very well handled sale and good service!

Lady in the perfume shop was very helpful, my order arrived when she said it would, very pleased with the service I received.

I met Amber. S, at the braintree store what a great young lady. Amazing attitude and very understanding. Read the room great definitely could run a shop. I gave her limited info about product knowledge but Amber figured it out. People like her (not many) make it worth coming out to shop. Thanks again.

Very quick delivery

Arrangement was made to have the perfume it wanted to be delivered to my home address as it was out of stock in store. It was ordered Saturday and delivered Monday. Great service

Sam was absolutely amazing and provided an above and beyond service! 100% recommend the Braintree outlet store.

The service we received was excellent

From start to finish I received excellent service. My assistant found the perfume I aanted, ordered it as it was not in stock and I had it posted to the store. When I went to get it she gift wrapped it for me .Perfect.

Went into the shop today with my dad to get some perfume for my mum. We were served by Jo and Rachel and they were both wonderful. Considering we’re 2 guys who don’t really have a clue what we were looking at they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond.
Thanks again

Sam at the Braintree Freeport’s store was AMAZING. Very helpful with very indecisive customers. He knew what he was talking about and offered lots of options and advice. Two very happy customers who will be returning. Thank you

I didn't catch the lady's name but she was super helpful in the Braintree freeport branch. She offered to go into the storage and pick up some Xmas gift sets that weren't in the store yet . Thanks so much ✨️💖

Went to buy aftershave for a present, the guy serving couldn't of been more helpful, really knew his fragrances, will definitely go back.

I ordered a perfume for my husband's birthday present and I wanted it posted at home. It has arrived on time and with no damages. It is a free service. I think it was nice.

Didn't want to pay for next day delivery so did standard, they were very quick at dispatching my item and it arrived in 2 days so very happy. Great item, great service, thank you.

Andria was very helpful in helping me select some men's fragrance options. Ask for her by name! 👍🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
