Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. You can checkout straight away using our card payment options, or choose to buy now pay later using Klarna. I came in for a specific product that unfortunately wasn’t in stock, however this was no bother as ordering it into store was swift and hassle free. I ordered on a Saturday and it was available the following Monday. In store I was greeted by Jade whose customer service was excellent, she was kind, professional and very easy going. Overall a great experience, thank you.

Hasnah was fantastic.
I had a fantastic experience with Hasnah in the Bolton store. She was so helpful and friendly. I was looking for a new perfume and she had lots of great recommendations. She took time to listen to what I liked and found some perfect choices for me to try. She had a range of price points and also pointed out the current discounts available on selected brands. She went above and beyond. We ended up buying the perfume that day thanks to her assistance. She is a credit to the company. Really pleased with the overall range and prices in store. Friendly staff that can’t be beaten.
