Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Very good service from a lovely young man.
I was served today by a young man, Arman, who has apparently only recently started work in the Bluewater branch of the Perfume Shop. Arman was very helpful and has a really charming manner. I think he will prove to be a real asset to the company.

We were served by Barbara who was a delight &super helpful. Organised a 25% discount for us by signing me up for a reward card & offered to get mum a chair while we were waiting. What a breath of fresh air!
