Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Elizabeth helped us out at the bluewater store today. Genuinely such a lovely person, looked after us really well, we felt like VIPs. She helped us find a gift for multiple family members and took extra care in everything she did, including wrapping the gifts. Really enjoyed our time in the store today!

Barbara in bluewater is lovely
I asked Barbara in the Bluewater store for advice on a spring/summer fragrance for my son (he has already tried a few and couldn’t decide). She automatically suggested 3 and went out of her way to get testers for us. He ended up buying 2 of the 3 very happily and really likes them. She was friendly and kind and looked after us so well, giving us a discount and some freebies. Can’t recommend this store highly enough. Our second experience there and last time the staff were all helpful too.
