The women in the shop that served me was so lovely and helpful, she talked me through the different scents on offer and I bought 2 aftershaves and a perfume

Michelle at the Barnsley store went above and beyond to order a brand that they no longer stock in store but is available on line,so grateful

Me and my fiancé visited the Barnsley store to buy our wedding perfume. We were served by Abbie and she was fantastic. She was really helpful, making sure we were happy with what we chose. Will definitely be returning for future purchases.

I have been coming to the Perfume Shop in Barnsley for years and I absolutely love the customer service, all the staff go above and beyond. Shout out to Courtney, Fiona, Michelle and Elana. They are all really helpful, they listen to what you might like to try, giving advice really quickly and efficiently, and they are a fun team that just bring me so much happiness when I go and get my several bottles of Alien filled up every month! I love you all girls, thank you for being you, Kate xx

Lovely service from Michelle, very welcoming

Fantastic visit. Got a really good deal on some Gucci perfume. Courtney gift wrapped this for a small extra charge and I have to say some of the best service I've received anywhere when buying anything. Well done, will be back and recommend to all.

Great customer service from two lovely ladies Fiona and Michelle at The Alhambra in Barnsley . Purchased three lovely perfumes for me ,my mum and a friend. Great choice of perfumes , very clean, well displayed little perfume kiosk .

Fiona and abi at the Barnsley store were fantastic today. Very helpful with a product I bought in December that had become faulty. Amazing customer service. Definitely a credit to the company. I will always use this store for all my future purchases after the service I received today!

Lovely staff, so kind and friendly. So glad I picked my order up from here. Was disappointed with the delivery experience but the staff here turned my negative experience around on collection. Thank you.

Me and my wife visited the Barnsley store and were greeted upon our visit by Courtney. She was absolutely fabulous with us!

We were looking for a new scent that was similar to what we would have normally and straight away, Courtney offered up a variety of tester options for us to take away with us. Upon deciding and narrowing down to some close favourites, she let us wear the spray on our skin and then come back after some time so we could really get a feel for the scent on our bodies.

From start to finish, she was very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and above all else, a pleasure to deal with!
