I received a gift card and have not opened the perfume yet.

I ordered four perfumes but have only received three. I have contacted your team several times and explained the situation clearly, yet my complaints have been ignored. I was repeatedly told that my order was shipped in two separate consignments and should have received all four perfumes, which is simply not true.

I have provided photos of both packages as proof. The first shipment contained only **one** perfume, which was obvious from the size of the package. The second shipment—which your team has already confirmed—contained **two** perfumes. Despite sending multiple emails and photographic evidence, no one has followed up or resolved the issue.

I placed this order on 30th December, and I am still missing **one DKNY perfume**. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I expect this matter to be addressed promptly.

I ordered the YSL Opium Perfume for my wife as a Christmas present, not expecting it to arrive before the event. To my surprise, the Opium perfume arrived ahead of schedule. I was a very happy camper!

The staff that attended to me today was phenomenal. Cara was warm, patient, polite and very helpful as I made my choices of perfume after testing some and had my sense of smell confused

Living in Australia. Rely on the perfume shop for a Christmas gifts for our loved ones in Scotland . Great service.

The young ladies in the shop are not patient enough to please and help customers.l really miss the mature ladies who use to work there before. They would have time to help and suggestions even in rewards or gifts after bulk orders.l regret the purchase l made if it was those ladies or at union square shop they would have made my purchase worth it
