Absolute most terrible experience of almost any company I’ve dealt with.
They called me about any uniform needs I may have. I had a photo/video shoot coming up and would need them. I ensured that I’d have them in time and was told that in 10-12 working days I’d have the order.
Nope 16 days, still waiting. Pushed out the shoot once and still didn’t get anything. If they replied at all, it was just a bunch of excuses. Then, when the time came that they were done, they had put the logo in the wrong placement. Which would’ve delayed it even more so I basically told them to please refund me and that we no longer needed them or if they wanted to still send them and give me half price, but they were very rude and said that they would refund me and still haven’t refunded me. Now will also not respond to me and I still have received nothing. If you want excuses and apologies instead of your order then a rude response in trying to resolve it, this company is your choice, otherwise…

Logan is perfect and professional, they worked on my business logo on T shirts and I'm very happy with works they did for me, definitely will order my winter clothes with them and highly recommended.

Great experience, easy to get in touch with, design was perfect and final product quality is great. The hats and shirts are my new favorite!

Perfect Stitches helped create my business T-shirts and I’ll tell you, this is some of the best quality custom attire i’ve seen..super comfortable shirts, designs look pretty good, and you almost can’t beat the price!! I was super happy with the results once they arrived, and Oliver was extraordinarily helpful throughout the entire process. I will most likely just use these guys for my other business attire.

To be honest, at first I thought it might be a scam & I was a little hesitant. I can’t pinpoint exactly what it was that made me decide to pull the trigger. (Probably the kid I was texting with.)
I don’t normally write reviews for anything, but Logan definitely earned a few minutes of my time. He answered all my questions, which I had plenty , he’s patient & professional & the whole experience was more than I expected.
The product is as described, I’m perfectly happy with them & everyone that has seen them says they look great, & I will absolutely be talking with Logan again in the future & recommending him to other business owners in my area.
Can’t recommend this guy enough !

I got everything when they said I would. He made a great mock up that im gonna keep for a long time. Had a misunderstanding that wasn't a big issue and he resolved it immediately. I made a second order day I got my hats,hoodies,tee shirts, and my business cards. I have referred him to a couple friends that will more than likely get the same things I got.
