Love a company that has an office that is responsive to the customer service emails!

A professional and responsible company.
Great product. Worth every penny.

Awesome quality of clothes and even better customer service.

Barbie was quick to respond to my question and situation. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Barbie exhibited excellent customer service skills by listening to my problem, and then provided a fair and thorough solution. TPJ is doing things right, and really do out the customer first. I will definitely continue to purchase jeans from TPJ!

The customer service is the best. They always exceed my expectations.

I definitely recommend this company and product the contact with this company is easy and with a quick response to any problems! I ordered twice from tpj and the delivery was wick and jeans are perfect but I recommend ordering a size down

I ordered two pairs of jeans but only received one. They did not fit like the way they are presented on the website either, more bell bottom than skinny leg. I've have sent three emails to customer care to tell them I'm missing one pair, never received a response and looking for return information. No response, even though they did respond to one of my email, so I know they are there.
Very disappointed considering I'm paying $200 a pair with fees and taxes

Excellent product and customer experience!

When I ordered these jeans, I was a little skeptical. I waited eagerly, and I am very happy with the quality and fit. I will order another soon. Thanks, TPJ.😀

I buy these jeans for my son. He competes in strongman competitions so he has body dimensions that are a little difficult to fit, especially in the thigh area. These jeans are nice and stretchy so they allow him to be comfortable and to look nice

Awesome jeans. Really are perfect fit

Their website is easy to navigate and they offer several different fits for your size.
The quality is very good and I find their price point fair for the value as well.

Love the ease of retuning and exchanging.

I just appreciate them honoring my discount which was an oversight on my part! Excellent quality jeans! My husband loves them. Thank you Janice B

I have ordered jeans here in the past. This time, a pair in my order arrived and unfortunately did not fit like they should. Customer service jumped so quickly into action to see that I received a new pair immediately. It is rare to deal with this level of attention these days. The Perfect Jean is the best. I love every pair and they assure the customer is satisfied! BRAVO!

This company makes jeans for my hard to fit son, and they are very responsive. They are quite humorous also...I enjoy any correspondence from them. Keep up the good work!

These guys have it figured out. I’ve been a Jeans guy for more years than I care to think about from $29 all the way to $350. These fit the best of all. If you haven’t yet give them a try. You will agree with me I’m sure.

The Perfect Jean NYC is the BEST, for both product and service. When you have an issue, they fix it - but in my case the issue was self-made. I ordered too large a size and they immediately made sure I could get the size that fit while making it super easy to send the larger pair back.

Pants needed a return. Done easily. No hassles, no nonsense. Return instructions received immediately and the process using Happy Returns is the best. Whole process including your shipment of replacement product and actual return drop-off was completed in less than 20 minutes. I appreciate your great customer service.

Needed to return 2 pair of jeans. Very easy transaction. Ty.
