Da più di una settimana non riesco a raggiungere la mia dashboard. Faccio il login senza problemi ma mi chiede di inserire il mio numero di cellulare per l'opt. Inserisco il mio numero corretto ma non mi arriva alcun sms. Faccio svariati tentativi invano, non arriva alcunchè. Contatto l'assistenza che dice mi ricontatterà entro 48 ore e invece sono spariti e il problema persiste da settimane.

Oggi sono arrivato all' ennesimo tentativo di cancellarmi da questo obbrobrio... Compilati tutti i campi per la cancellazione, premendo il tasto Unsuscribe non avviene nulla e le loro mail continuano ad arrivare. In quanto ai sondaggi stendo un velo pietoso.

Es una estafa y por ende una perdida de tiempo!. Hace mas de 1 año tengo 32.000 puntos, y no me da la opción de canjearlos, el soporte no existe. ES UNA ESTAFA!.

As per the responses to my previous review of TPS, I think it is safe to say to discard them from all of your devices and to continue to name and shame them

The panel station has now become worst. I have more than 1 lac coins and the panel is refusing the coins to be converted to points and I can’t redeem the coins I have to Bid the coins which I’m not interested. I have been sending mails to them form almost 4 months with NO action from them. Please can you help

This is a scam site that will not give you any rewards after completing surveys, look at all the negative reviews on here to know that they never give rewards and hold points for over a year!!!!!!!! I repeat this is a bad actor in the survey space, do not use them,

TPS is scam. They put my points in review since January. I send alot of emails to them but every time they send same reply we are working on it. they also expire my points without valid reason. it is indian website and whole world know they runs a big scam industry.

I took a survey last jan 4 and jan 7, after sending a lot of email no one of their cs are able to fix the issue regarding my pending points and now they are not able to fix my missing pending points for 300( which is one of my pending points in reviews) I have had been hearing the same response from them that their team has been working on it for over 4months from my 3 email complain. . Now no one is able to response for over a week already.. look like they keep playing the same trick over and over again. Survey completed will remain pending and will disappear on dashboard pending points after 6 or a year of unresponsible team they have to work on their job as cs of their company.. beware on this website is no longer legit but keep cheating every panelist in their website

The Panel Station is suvey site for people to earn as a side-hustle. Earlier they used to follow ethical practices in terms of points and payouts - BUT IN THE RECENT PAST 1 YEAR, they have turned ROGUE... they send you a whole lot of surveys and you enthusiastically complete the surveys with full gusto - ONLY TO REALISE THAT instead of AWARDING YOU YOUR POINTS - They convert it to COINS! I mean this is a whole new level of BS !!

Listen to the next nightmare they have started to keep all your points earned in a Freezer called 'PENDING FOR VERIFICATION' and this Pending for Verification is lying pending for over a year. But of course, they are scamming your monies earned into their pockets.

BOYCOTT THE PANEL STATION AS UNETHICAL PLAYERS. SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!

Te estafan descaradamente. Han cambiado la interfaz y no puedo entrar con el rollo de las contraseñas. Que sino es válida , etc...

THEY SEND SOME GOOD SURVEYS BUT , WHEN YOU DO COMPLETE A SURVEY AND YOU DO NOT GET THE REWARD, SOMETIMES YOU WILL BE SENT TO AN ERROR PAGE, OR IT LIES AND SAYS YOU DO NOT QUALIFY ,, WHEN YOU REPORT IT, THIS COMPANY , NEVER PAY OUT,, THEY WILL ALWAYS SAY THE SAME LIE,, YOU DID NOT COMPLETE IT ..
10 YEARS , I HAVE REPORTED HUNDREDS OVER THEM YEARS AND THEY HAVE PAID OUT ZERO ,, THE ONLY SURVEY COMPANY TO NEVER PAY OUT ON A SURVEY YOU KNOW YOU COMPLETED.. THEY LIE AND SCAM EVERY SINGLE TIME.. AND ALWAYS THE SAME LIE ,, NOT EVEN THE BRAINS TO CHANGE THE LIE... OH YOU DID NOT COMPLETE IT. SCAMMERS AND LIARS

Angebotserstellung erfolgte flexibel und schnell. Die Verschiebung des Abholtermins war ohne Probleme kurzfristig möglich. Postive Kontaktaufnahme sowohl per Mail, als auch telefonisch. Jederzeit wieder.

Only gave it 5 stars because I did get paid very quickly but it definitely sucks. It took like 3 years plus just to reach a cash out and I'm serious. No matter what survey you attempt to perform it's 9 out out 10 that gets disqualified and you finally get to perform just 1. I don't think this is a great survey app due to the lack of surveys you get qualified for, it's instant the same message UH! Oh! Try using the App and you use the app same thing. Your disqualified before even begin qualified. I wish this could improve it seems like a waste of time

Una porquería hace meses quenintente cambiar muchos puntos x dinero en pat pal. En ese momento funcionaba ese medio de cobro pero siempre fallaba algo el número de teléfono registrado esto aquello nunca pude cambiarlos tampoco nunca volvieron activar cobrar x paypal es un engaño esta app no pierdan tiempo

The company sends relevant surveys and when they've extracted all your answers they'll tell you were in a "hurry" after spending over 30 minutes. They do this when you've already completed their survey.

Very bad experience truly I have points in review since February y do they make unemployed people use the data and they time and lie we will get paid for it I have coins in review since February till now I no longer fill in surveys of the same reason it is very wrong who can I report this tooo

Why my points till January are stuck in review and are not available yet please make them available.

I am over the top angry. It took me almost a year to get enough points to redeem for a gift card and I looked just today and I have no points! They all expired. I am angry that I took a ton of surveys for nothing to make this company earn money on my responses and give me nothing in return. I feel that we all were cheated and I am turning this company into several different agencies because it is not right that they are making money off of us while we get nothing in return!

I'm booted off 99% of surveys. I have points in review since May 2024, I have been on chat twice about this and promised that in 24 hours it will be resolved, whilst this had been on going I have had 550 points expire so can't even cash out and now after I have to them I will complain to the market research society about their actions they have locked me out of my account! I strongly urge people not to take this lying down, report them , the market research society is there to poce market research companies.

I am very glad to see that i am not the only panelist who has unfortunately been scammed by The Panel station. I have been with them for more than 5yrs and every time something needs to be done, whether its confirming your phone number or getting OTP's for points redemption or receiving points or receiving rewards/vouchers, its as difficult and almost as impossible as pulling blood from a stone. Recently, like a lot of panelists, my points are disappearing with no prior communication and when asked their response is all *#&&****. I work hard for my points with the expectation that i will receive what is promised to me and they are essentially breaking that agreement you get when you first sign up. The fact that it takes them weeks to respond to emails is so unprofessional especially when they can clearly communicate with us by still sending us survey requests. To anyone thinking of signing up, DO NOT. Save you time and look for other panels that wont have you stressing about rewards you clearly deserve for doing the work that they asked you do to. I will definitely be deleting my account with them.
