The One Stop Money Shop was founded in 2002 and originally started as a credit broker for short term affordable loans. The business later transformed into an online money lender as it continues to operate today.
Based in Wakefield, Yorkshire, we are proud to our northern roots and to be serving the whole of the UK with a flexible, instalment loan product. Moving away from the traditional payday loan product, we are pleased to offer loans repaid over 6,9 and 12 months which give customers greater flexibility and breathing space to repay their loans.
The One Stop Money Shop is a fully authorised lender under the Financial Conduct Authority, registration number 713424.
As an authorised firm, we have demonstrated our commitment to provide safe and transparent financial products with our customers' best interests at heart.
We carry out a series of checks to ensure that customers can afford to repay our loans without falling into financial difficulty and being clear and transparent is part of the company culture and centre to everything we do.

I applied for a loan yesterday I was accepted for £500 funds was transferred but I decided not to with it as they never sent me how much they will take from me each month so I canceled it but using the chat on there website i had to pay them back £515
£500 for there Loan and a £15 charge the money was not even in my account for 10 mins that's why I give 3 stars as they should of have a 14 days to deiced if you want to keep the Loan like most places do so there should not of been a £15 charge

Hi, all the loan documents with all this information charges/monthly payments were sent to you before the loan was taken out this should of been read before signing the agreement. We charge a £15 admin fee this is also in the terms & conditions in the loan agreement.

This company have no morals
This company have no morals, and their unprofessional behaviour comes across as bullying and intimidating.
Made them aware of my situation that I was struggling to pay and that a loan shouldn't have been offered to me as I had numerous amounts of missed payments for loans etc on credit score.
They constantly bully you over email and text and threaten you with court or other means.
They do not support even though you tell them it’s affecting your health, they continue to bully you.
I have raised a complaint with the FOS for irresponsible lending.
AVOID : this company is not worth the pain, they are bullies

Rejected Twice Now
More like bullied into a payment plan.
Disappointed that I am offering to pay back my debt through a DMP but this was rejected. Would not recommend if you find yourself in a tough financial situation unfortunately.
