Discovering Eileen and her weight loss plan ODP has inspired me to lose almost 3 stone and 27 inches during 2025. The calorie counting plan allowed me to eat foods I enjoyed within the daily allowance and writing down everything I consumed helped tremendously. The support ideas and encouragement from Eileen were impeccable. I fully recommend ODP for anyone of any age wishing to lose a little or a lot. Eileen a huge thank you from one very happy 81 year old.

I have been doing ODP with Eileen for over 12months. It's been the best plan I have ever done! Eileen is so supportive and real. The plan you can make your own so don't have to eat foods you don't like. I have lost 2 1/2 stone in that time slowly and safely. Dropped two dress sizes and very happy. Have a go. Safer than the jabs! Keep the weight off sensibly.
I can guarantee you will not be disappointed x
I joined the Odd Diet Plan about 2 months ago and I love this plan, iv lost over a stone in weight, 5inch off my waist, 3 inches from my Hip and 2 inches of my thigh I am super excited to continue as I need to lost 1 more stone for my holidays in November. I have tried lots of other plans but never kept to them as it was easy to just quit, Eileen who owns this group is absolutely brilliant and 100% there for you and keeps you motivated 100%. I recommend this to anyone, give it a try, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed xx
Really great plan to follow
Really great plan to follow. The group and Eileen are incredibly supportive and helpful. Nearly a stone lighter and as I can eat what I choose it's been relatively easy. Fully recommended to anyone wanting to change thier eating habits and loose a bit of weight
This is the best diet plan EVER
This is the best diet plan EVER. I’ve tried SW and WW but never maintained or lost the weight.
This teaches you to portion control, calorie count with no effort and totally enjoy food and life.
I can’t recommend this enough after losing nearly two stone and maintaining for over 12 months and still love it today.

This plan is so easy to follow, I’d 100% recommend it! I think so many people lose motivation if they eat/drink too much over the weekend but this plan allows for this so you feel like you’re ’on track’ even if you’ve had a meals out/weekend away. I couldn’t have done it with Lisa’s support, sending regular messages of support and encouragement 🙏🏼 I’ve lost nearly 2 stone (at age 50 without much exercise which has amazed me) and am now on the maintenance plan. It’s a great plan, easy to do and follow

My weight loss journey with the ODD DIET PLAN has been absolutely incredible. From the very beginning Eileen has been amazing with me. To date I've lost 15lb in 7 weeks with total support and encouragement off Eileen. I've found the plan to be very easy to follow. All you have to do is stick to your daily calories you are given by your mentor and that is basically it. Sit back and watch the weight fall off. You will never look back after following this plan, it's truly changing my life 😍😍

Amazing group. Best thing I ever did . Feel postive and happy in myself and the weight loss….. wow 1 stone and 3/4 since 5th jan . Loving the journey great support great recipe ideas tips doesn’t feel like a diet !! Eileen is a superb coach and makes you feel good about yourself . Cannot recommend it enough .

5 weeks in and a stone down; heading in the right direction.
This plan is easy to follow and allows you to eat what you want as long as you stay within the given calories.
Lisa is a great support and always available if you have any queries or need a boost.
There is a private Facebook group which is a big help also with people sharing meal ideas etc.
I’ve tried other diets but never had these losses and still enjoying my food.
Would highly recommend the Odd Diet Plan.

Love this plan, tried several different diets over the years and always struggled with how restrictive they were, with this one I can eat what I want within my calorie allowance and continue to socialise and still lose weight, its so flexible! 2 stone 10 pounds down in under 5 months, doesn't feel like I'm on a diet at all!
The easiest diet I've ever done with amazing results.
What a brilliant find this diet is, 23lb off in 12 weeks, and no gains during this time. A simple easy to follow diet with the very lovely Eileen. Who will guide and support you all the way. No gimmicks, just sensible eating. Nothing is off limits, you've just got to count it. Best eating plan I've ever been on (and I've tried most!) It's a new way of life, and one I know I can stick too.

I have been on the plan for over 4months and I’ve already lost 2st 8lbs and I feel fantastic. I have another 2 to go to get to my goal and for the first time in years I know I will do this. Lisa is amazingly supportive and is there for me 100% every step of the way. I like that she’s done the plan her self with success and she’s very passionate about it. There is also a members group which I love and there’s always lots of motivation and ideas on there and it’s just a lovely community. As a perimenopausal woman of 52 weight was creeping on and i looked and felt awful (horrified at last years holiday photos) In july we were going away for a week, so in may i bit the bullet and got intouch with Eileen & so glad i did. Manage to lose nearly 2st. Its hard at times but it makes you realise you can eat if you plan. Best thing i did x

I have been on this diet since June 2023. Wow it is the best lazy girl diet. So easy to follow,loads of support if needed. Great menu ideas.You can live and enjoy life and still see results. Highly recommended.

Started this plan at the end of July in the hope of losing just a few lbs before my sons graduation. I went to the graduation 6 weeks later over a stone lighter & feeling much better than I imagined, currently on week 8 & 18.5lb down. I love this plan. Highly recommend giving it a try.

I have been doing the The Odd Diet Plan now for about 6 weeks and I have lost a stone and a half in weight. I would definitely recommend The Odd Diet Plan, So easy to follow. It's more of a way of life than a diet. I can still get to enjoy going out on a weekend or having a nice meal occasionally. Eileen is a massive help to so what are you waiting for? X
