Excellent company to deal with, order of Chester Medium Oak Ottoman Storage Bed Frame - 5ft King Size was fulfilled within 4 working days, with excellent communications from the delivery company and support from Customer Services.
The Chester Medium Oak Ottoman Storage Bed Frame - 5ft King Size is of excellent quality and proved relatively easy to assemble, even for one person with good components & clear to follow instructions. The only stage that required a second pair of hands was attaching the metal frame to the opening struts of the Ottoman design.
Bed is sturdy, comfortable and looks good - would highly recommend

Great company
was pleasantly suprised, when spending £1000 on a bed and mattress on the internet your fingers are crossed.
The experience went well , kept us informed , used a great delivery company and the product is first class,
im a joiner i probably couldnt have made the bed in my workshop that much cheaper after sourcing materials and my time. took 45 minutes to assemble and get the mattress on the bed
On this occasion a fully deserved 5 stars

Really lovely bed. Husband was able to set up himself. Good quality. Delivery was unbelievably quick. Very impressed. Especially as they delivered on a Saturday. Would recommend.

Great products and excellent communication
I bought a bed a while back and decided to get 4 sets of matching drawers (bedside drawers and 2 large sets of drawers).
Firstly I reached out to ask about whether the items would be going on sale any time soon, the company came back and gave me a discount code as a returning customer which I was very happy about.
Second nice surprise was that the drawers not only came fully assembled (the bed didn't), but the delivery company they use don't just deliver to the doorstep or hallway like most companies, they unbox your items. Because of this unboxing at the point of delivery, we found a small bit of damage to one of the drawers, so the couriers boxed it back up and took it back with them. No faffing about sending back or settling for something slightly damaged and worrying the company will blame you for it, it was just rejected and dealt with.
Then the replacement item was redelivered, which again they unboxed and this time (as my partner wasn't in bed), I asked them to take the drawers upstairs as they deliver to room of choice!
The bedroom furniture looks and works great and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend.

Great Solid Bed
I’m extremely happy with this bed. The delivery was smooth and on time, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Both the bed frame and the mattress are excellent quality, very sturdy, solid, and well-made. Once assembled, the bed looks absolutely great in the room and has a truly majestic presence. It feels strong and secure, with no wobbling at all. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

Michaela was extremely helpful! She made the purchase of the oak bed and mattress a very pleasant experience. It was delivered within a week, well packed and easy to put together. It's a very solid construction and looks great. The mattress is very comfortable, fairly firm, as expected.

Damaged.
Having received correspondence in advance of the delivery outlining restrictions / limit of liability, I was particularly concerned that we were being offered the opportunity to open the packaging, not so this can be disposed of, but to check for damage. This was again asked verbally prior to arrival - All of which made us very nervous. At the point of delivery it was found that a number of the packages were damaged, one of which clearly showed damage to the woodwork. Unfortunately unable to upload a photo as this would paint the full picture. As there was clearly no dispute we had to unfortunately decline the delivery! Not the experience we expected when we placed the order.
