Mattress arrived a day later than expected but I was kept informed of this.
It is very heavy!
Left to expand and not a very deep mattress. The smell disappeared within a few hours.
The most important part is it is incredibly comfortable and neck pain has eased significantly
Excellent service from this small business. Was contacted by text offering help with my order and asking if I had any queries. Mattress arrived within a couple of days, exactly as promised. Be aware, it is heavy so get help to manoeuvre it into place. Expanded in the time promised and there was no nasty chemical smell which there can be with foam mattresses. First night spent on it last night and it’s excellent. Woke up with no aches or pains to the sound of the alarm!
Call today from Fran to make sure I’m happy with my purchase, which I really appreciated.
Cannot recommend this company highly enough and here’s to many more comfy nights to come
good value. Product as described. Delivery speedy and on time. Perfect customer service. very satisfied and highly recommended.
Delivery was really quick and with great packaging. We left it less than 5 hours for it to ‘expand’ and was comfy from night one. Our previous version from JL took over 24 hours to expand and wasn’t nearly as comfortable. Have recommended to others already. Makes no sense to pay any more for a mattress with the quality/service from NoNameMattress. We have two more to replace and will be putting in another order soon
Had my new mattress for two weeks. No fuss ordering and very happy with purchase, even got a follow up call a week later to check that I was happy with it.
Would definitely use again.
I was never a very good sleeper until I purchased this mattress; it has also really helped my back after a hard day at work. Delivery was very efficient and on time as promised; with no unnecessary packing to dispose of.
it’s been a complete game changer!
My wife suffers with sciatica and often struggles at night, but this mattress has made a huge difference in helping relieve her discomfort and improving her sleep.
The price is excellent for the quality you receive, and the customer service and communication from start to finish were brilliant. Delivery was also quick and arrived within just a few weeks.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality mattress at a great price.
Everything ran very smoothy from purchase to delivery, very pleased with the mattress great quality for the price and packaging was very convenient. Easy to get upstairs in the bedrooms
The whatsapp function of the website was really helpful and they responded to my question instantly!
The mattress is super comfortable and was really easy to transport and set up in my bedroom. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!
Extremely impressed with the initial order and delivery. I have not heard of this company before but would fully recommend them. I love my new mattress. It’s lovely to sleep on and very comfortable. Well done.
Brilliant service. High-end product for a very competitive price! I would definitely recommend.
