I worked with Adam over several months during a period of change and growth in a leadership role.

Adam challenged my thinking, helped me gain perspective and pushed me outside my comfort zone at times, which isn’t always easy. He has a great way of doing this with humour and honesty.

I’ve come away with greater confidence in my own judgement, stronger working relationships, clearer priorities, a much better understanding of where I add the most value, and a better appreciation of giving myself the space to deliver it.

Adam has been a great mentor and coach. Within our peer group programme he has fostered a supportive and engaged group dynamic. Something which is not easy to do when most of our sessions have been held remotely. A great mix of utilising what has happened for individuals that week alongside prepared materials to help cover a wide range of relevant topics for the group. We took part in our local councils rural peer to peer training. Adam was our mentor for the programme. He was amazing, he really got us to look at our whole offering from a new perspective.
