I am so pleased to have purchased my Fiat 500 from The Motor Company. Dan and Karl were incredibly welcoming and genuine from start to finish. Dan was very professional, dealt with the part exchange and paperwork efficiently and was not at all pushy. It was so refreshing to be offered such outstanding customer service. The additional paint and upholstery protection was excellent value and although the car was 7 years old, it looked brand new. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and would definitely recommend The Motor Company.

The service I received from the Sales and the dealership manager was excellent and experienced a great time when I collected my car at the time of handover.

The customer service I received at The Motor Company was excellent. Dan was especially helpful and very professional. I had what I thought was a problem (which turned out to be nothing) with the car I had purchased and I rang Dan to tell him about it. He booked me in the next day at my convenience and sorted the problem within 5 mins. All the staff I came into contact with we’re all very friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough. Thankyou Dan you certainly went above and beyond to help a damsel in distress. I would definitely recommend The motor company to all my friends and family.

Dan first met me and directed me to the Carpet Supplier I needed. I then went back to The Motor Company (Taunton) to look at the cars available. Dan kept in the background but was available when i needed help. Nothing really switched me on, however a couple of days later i looked on the web and found a Fiat Panda, 66 plate, had come in since i looked around. I phoned the company and was put through to Dan and he remembered me and suggested that I call round as soon as possible which i did.
i was shown the car which was low mileage and very clean and serviced regularly.
I explained my circumstances to Dan, in the process of moving to Taunton and was of 'No Fixed Abode' until completion and exchange in a couple of weeks. Dan was not at all fazed by this and sorted out the finance for me, asset rich - cash poor at the moment.
At no time was Dan pushy and i would trust him with my old granny or any body else's for that matter. Dan is the CONSUMATE PROFESSIONAL and a credit to this company and it's a pity that not all car salesmen are as good as him.

We have recently purchased a BMW from the motor company and we couldn't be more pleased. They are a very professional and friendly team. Just bought a used Mini from here. Excelent service. Dan was very friendly and helpful and no pushy sales pitch. Gave me a fair price for my part ex considering it needed a VERY deep valeting. My car went in for a machine polish and wax I was talked through all the stages By the professional detailer who is very Knowledgeable On all aspects of the service Plus a whole lot more on the car and different cars the service I received was first class My BMW is six years old and it looks like it’s just come out the factory these guys are amazing friendly and welcoming to the reception as you first walk in to me driving away with the biggest smile on my face .

I had the pleasure of meeting with Dan Rawlings who helped me find the perfect car. I'd wanted a VW Golf for a while and spotted one come into their showroom. Dan was happy to meet with me and took me for a test drive. He knew a lot about the car and the features even though they'd only had it in the showroom for less than a week. The car was in great condition and cheaper than the average sale price on AutoTrader so I was happy to proceed.

The car had it's MOT due in a few months time and so Dan decided to re-do the MOT before sale, the yearly service was also due in 4-5 months time which is typically outside the guidelines however Dan didn't question it and put it through a full years service before I purchased, giving me 12 months MOT & Service at no extra cost.

They also spent an entire day cleaning, polishing and protecting the cars' paint (it was immaculate, like-new) and interior upholstery which is guaranteed to protect it for life. All of this took no less than a couple days and, while I was in dire need of a car (due to previous write-off), I really appreciated the quick turnaround time.

All-in-all, a fantastic family-owned, local car dealership with top quality customer service. I'll be going back when I need any servicing, parts or an upgrade in the future.

Went in to have a look at two cars that were ready for us to test drive, but saw a completely different car which Blake then prepared, ready for us to drive. Great service from start to finish. Very helpful, friendly and professional. Not the usual pushy car sales, but they are very happy to let you make your own mind up. Only purchased car yesterday so cont comment on the after care, however car is great so hopefully won’t need it!
