Would like to thank Andy for sorting a difficult remortgage. We had a mortgage coming to the end and needed to do some refinancing. We had tried other mortgage advisors with no luck and at a high cost.

Andy was great throughout the application, getting us a DIP very quickly which enabled us to get the house we wanted. He was always on hand to answer any questions and getting any issues resolved quickly. He was also very accommodating with all the changes as we had to change the property we were buying a few times. I had some challenges with my Right to Buy purchase, particularly around the credit checks and concerns about the building’s safety. Things were getting quite difficult until I met Andy.

He was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. His advice and guidance made a big difference—especially as I was working with a trainee solicitor from the conveyancing firm, which added its own complications.

Andy helped me stay on track, explained things clearly, and was always available when I had questions or concerns. Thanks to his help, I was able to complete the purchase successfully.
