The Mortgage Genie Anmeldelser

I received great service from Andrew and Samantha. The communication was quick and efficient and I never had to wait more than a few hours for a reply. Highly recommended.

Jake Turney dealt with our mortgage application and I couldn’t recommend him enough. His was efficient, thorough and communicative at every point throughout the process. He quickly found us the best mortgage offer and the whole process was seamless. I will be using this company again when it’s time to renegotiate. Thanks Jake!

Amazing service. Big thanks to Will Olechnowicz who I dealt with is a credit to the company.
Highly recommended!!!

The last year/ Covid made me realise that as i get older sickness and redundancy insurance would be useful to have. Unfortunately there are so many policies to choose from it's overwhelming, not only that as soon as i expressed an interest in a company i was born bombarded with numerous calls and emails. I couldn't be bothered with all that so opted to use the Mortgage Genie, the process was simple and very quick and the advisor,Will, was extremely professional and well informed. Using the Mortgage Genie removed all the hassle and confusion and i am now totally confident that i am purchasing the right product at the best price. Would highly recommend. Was easier than posting this review!

A brilliant and professional service from start to finish. We were moving during lockdown and were kept up to date throughout the process and they answered any queries we had very quickly. We would definitely recommend Will and his colleagues and will use them again if we move in the future.

Will, the financial advisor I dealt with was brilliant and highly professional. I thought at my age 60 and buying a shared ownership during a pandemic it would be extremely difficult to get a mortgage and more importantly the right one for me. But Will made the whole process stress free and obtained me a mortgage offer very quickly that was right for me. I cannot recommend him and the Mortgage Genie too highly and will be using them again when my fixed rate ends.
A very efficient, bespoke and professional service from start to finish

Will and Sam have dealt with my mortgages a number of times in the past and have always provided an excellent service throughout, I will continue to use them in the future.

Great service. The initial brokerage was professional, light touch and quick. During lockdown things seemed to be taking longer and eventually our mortgage offer was close to expiring I asked Andrew from the mortgage genie to interject. It may be coincidence but after he contacted Natwest everything came together inside a week. Our solicitor had been chasing for a month.

James was absolutely brilliant all the way through the process. He was thorough with everything, kept me up to date + I felt confident I was getting the best deal. Josh was also fantastic + kept me informed of the progress of the application

Fantastic service from Rebecca and Josh. Very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended.

James and Josh were really knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. They made the whole process so easy and stress free, and we were so grateful for their expert advice and guidance.

The Mortgage Genie team were brilliant in providing information regarding mortgage rates as well as support with the mortgage application. Polite, Professional and Efficient service! I would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely use them again.

Andrew and others in the team have looked after our mortgage and life insurance for years now. Andrew is so approachable and friendly and made the whole process very smooth sailing. He has been available to talk to me on the phone any time I’ve tried to call and always responds to emails quickly. No question has been a silly question and he has given us some great advice. Would highly recommend 5*

Great communication and knowledgeable advice from The Mortgage Genie made process of applying for a mortgage very straight forward and simple, and they found a very good mortgage deal for me.

Andrew has sorted out my life and critical illness insurance twice now. Very knowledgeable and a top bloke overall. Top marks!

Andrew at Mortgage Genie was so helpful with everything to do with our new mortgage!! He had to change it about 4 times for numerous reasons to do with our house purchases, but he was so helpful each time, and it was no trouble for him at all. I’ve already recommended him to friends and family and will continue to do so without hesitation. Fantastic job, thank you Andrew!

A friend recommended Andrew at the Mortage Genie and I’m so grateful. Andrew is very knowledgeable and also easy to work with. He understood my needs and found a few very good mortgage options as well as guiding me through the process. Once I had chosen his team completed the mortgage process quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend him to others

Excellent service. Jake Turney is professional, hard working and dedicated. I would highly recommend contacting him if you have struggled to get a mortgage approved as I did. I will only ever use him for any future mortgage advice

Absolutely fantastic company , dealt with Will and Dan and was blown away by the phenomenal customer service ! They put the customer first at all times, best rates and are so efficient . Will be recommending to friends and family .

When I started dealing with Andrew, I checked trustpilot and it was the wealth of positive reviews which convinced me to go with Mortgage Genie over other quotes I’d received. Having now sorted my Remortgage and Income Protection, I would wholeheartedly echo the rave reviews about Andrew and Samantha. Everything was easy and their communication was superb. I won’t hesitate in using them again in the future
