I would have liked to be able to send a message with the gift. There didnt appear to be an opportunity to do so. The recipients are delighted with the sundial. Thank you for the prompt delivery.

If you want Customer care don't go anywhere else this company really looks after their clients.
I wasn't sure about ordering what I had selected on line as the item was very expensive & I wanted to make sure that the description I wanted engraved was correct. After speaking to them on the phone they followed up via an email showing me a sample of how it would look. Customer care indeed.
Superb company & would highly recommend. Their art work is fantastic.

Best Quality & Workmanship
I feel very fortunate and blessed to have made the acquaintance of Peter and Aaron of "The Metal Foundry." I tasked them with creating a memorial for my Norwegian great grandmother. And, they delivered! They produced a placque of the very best quality and workmanship. I am forever grateful.

Nice But…
Whilst it is a nice product delivered in good time. The background paint is what looks like one coat that looks very thin in places showing the metal through. With a white background this makes some of the personal wording not as distinct as I would have liked. The delivery packaging was also poor especially as this is designed to be a 60th wedding anniversary gift. At the price I was expecting more and even presentation box. I wrote to the manufacturers regarding the poor paintwork but didn’t even get the courtesy of a reply. Hence my three stars.
