Their website is built to deceive. It’s not two sisters or in London. It’s a front for a Chinese business. My so called reduced 3 piece shirts/top/ kimono priced at £39.95 is the same quality as a set from Shein/Temu for half the price and took weeks to arrive.. I should have checked trustpilot first, within a day of ordering I knew something was wrong when the parcel tracking started in Chine. AVOID I only gave 1 * because I can’t give 0.

Avoid at all costs. I was sent the wrong order and they refused to accept return unless I pay £29.95, quoting their returns policy. I advised them the Consumer Rights Act obligates them by law to pay for the returns, but they are still refusing. I have reported them to trading standards and next step is the small claims court.

The top I ordered took 3weeks to arrive. It was poor quality and badly made. They wanted to charge me £29.95 to return the item! The item cost £39.99. The amount for returns is stated in their return policy so be warned. After I exchanged 3 emails with them they offered me a refund of 30% of the total cost which I reluctantly accepted and I was told to keep the top. Steer well clear of this company and if you decide to buy from them carefully read the terms and conditions for returns.

Extremely poor quality and waited weeks and weeks for the item,
Do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs. Cost is £25 minimum to return an item.
If it feels too good to be true then it usually is. Stick to reputable brands!!!!

A website that pulls at your heart strings. The item I purchased arrived in a grey plastic bag not as per the glorious packaging the two sisters show. It is awful I wouldn’t wear it if I were paid. Really not impressed with quality and won’t use again

Don’t want to even give it one star. They refuse to acknowledge that two orders were in the same package , asking for confirmation of weight of the package ( wasting time and being fully aware that Royal Mail does not keep those details after 21 days). Refunded the negligible amount and did not refund the larger amount of £85.00. They have various sister companies selling the same shoes and dresses ! HMRC should look into this company : under invoicing and avoiding tax !

Took ages before the products arrived then all poor quality compared to the ones in photos! Sizes of shoes too small and the dress was incredibly poor quality! When I searched for reviews I saw good ones that’s why I purchased but all poor quality! Don’t buy from them.

Scam company beware. Took photos of nice clothes. Sell at sale prices. Took a couple of weeks to arrive. So arrives tat that doesn’t fit too short in body and too wide. It vaguely resembles original image but with poor wonky hems then try to get you to pay £29.95 to return to their international warehouse so you’re obviously going to give up as not worth hassle so left with something unwearable. Just buy in a shop where you can try on the item rather than add to landfill.
