Don't take this mealplan, it's not even enough for a toddler
Sorry but what are these portions? I'm sad I can't add a photo cause that would have said more than words. I got 4 potato slices, 3 tiny pieces of carrot one cauliflower floret and one brocoli floret with a tiny piece of meat. I'm stuck for this month but definitively won't extend. I have a small appetite but this is an absolute joke.

Hello!
Thank you for your feedback — we truly value comments like this because they help us improve.
We’re really sorry the portions felt disappointing. Our standard meal plan is designed to be lighter so we can keep the price accessible while maintaining good ingredient quality. That said, what you described (a few small vegetable pieces and a tiny portion of meat) doesn’t sound like the experience we aim to deliver.
If you’re looking for more filling meals, we recommend our Plus line — it includes 4 meals and more calories per day. We’re also working on updates to better match different appetite levels and expectations.
We’d be happy to welcome you back among those who save time with TheMeal — and we hope our upcoming updates will be more to your liking 💜
Healthy Eating Made Effortless with The Meal
I’ve used The Meal meal plan and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality, taste, and convenience. The meals are fresh, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared, making it so easy to stay on track without the stress of daily cooking or calorie counting.
What I love most is the variety—nothing feels repetitive, and every meal is flavorful while still feeling light and nutritious. Portions are satisfying, packaging is neat, and delivery is always on time. It’s perfect for anyone looking to eat clean without compromising on taste.
Highly recommend The Meal for a hassle-free, healthy lifestyle!

First order with The Meal: 100% value for money
I made my first order with The Meal this December, mainly because I realized how much time and energy I was wasting on daily food delivery and planning. After trying it, it genuinely feels like good value for the money.
The food is fresh, well balanced, and convenient. Delivery is not every day but once every three days, which I personally find much more comfortable. The meals arrive fresh, are well packed, store perfectly in the fridge, and don’t spoil.
Everything arrives on time and makes busy days much easier. I don’t have to think about what to order, track multiple deliveries, or worry about eating something random and unhealthy.

Good at it's price
I have been using theMeal since September, and I am happily sharing my meals with my family. The plans are very affordable and straightforward. However, my concern is that their packaging is not temperature-controlled, so deliveries need to be handled carefully to ensure the food doesn’t spoil. I also hope they improve the variety of vegetables, as it is often just roasted potatoes with very few carrots and broccoli. Despite these issues, I’m still satisfied and hopeful that the meals will continue to improve.

Thank you so much, Akire P, for taking the time to share your experience with The Meal and for trusting us with your family dinners since September.
Your feedback is incredibly important to us – we constantly use it to improve both our service and our menu. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience caused by the packaging and will continue working on ensuring that deliveries stay safe and fresh.
We also really appreciate your comments about the vegetable variety. We’ll definitely take your suggestions into account and work on offering more diverse side dishes instead of repeating roasted potatoes so often.
Thank you again for your honest review and for staying with us – we’re happy you’re satisfied overall and we’ll keep working to make your meals even better.
