I am extremely disappointed by my recent experience. I specifically traveled from Paris to Dubai to deposit my bag at your boutique. This involved a 12-hour flight each way, not counting the hours I had to arrive early at the airport. I’ve invested so much time, money, and efforts.
I stayed exactly 24 hours in Dubai and did not even have time to visit the city, as my sole purpose was to consign my bag with your team. Despite this effort, my bag was rejected due to an inability to authenticate.
I genuinely do not understand why your company encourages clients to consign Hermès bags if your team is not even capable of authenticating and recognizing a genuine Hermès piece.
This experience makes me reluctant to consign other bags in the future, including my Kelly 28 in black crocodile and other pieces. I expected much more professionalism and care given the circumstances and the value of the items involved.

very good offers but really disappointed
really good prices, i bought really nice isabel marant shoes for 289 euros, but it ended up costing me 400€ because of the duty. They ended up making me pay 142 euros for just duty which it didn’t say on their website. Really disappointed. I ended up getting my package 10 days after if was supposed to come. After all really good offers until u get charged 142€ for duty.
