The driver was punctual, professional, and courteous, and the vehicle was clean. Communication was smooth, and the entire experience was great. I would recommend THE LUx RIDE to anyone looking for reliable and premium transportation!!

We booked a luxury SUV through The Lux…

We booked a luxury SUV through The Lux Ride for a small group heading to a conference, and it worked out great. The vehicle had plenty of space for everyone and the ride was very comfortable. The chauffeur was friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

After a long flight into JFK...

After a long flight into JFK, it was great to have a chauffeur waiting for us. The pickup process was smooth and easy, and the ride to our hotel in Midtown was very comfortable. The driver was professional and the car was clean and relaxing after a long trip. I would definitely book with The Lux Ride again. ✈️🚘

My wife prefers a female driver…

My wife prefers a female driver and this Lux Ride provided the kindest female professional driver. She messaged us while our plane was landing to give us details. The vehicle was clean and our driver knew all the best routes to avoid the rush hour traffic. We plan to use Lux Drive again because of the best driver we’ve had to date.
