This company is BOGUS, do not order anything! It looks like they changed their name to reviona. The website it identical to Luxore store. I never got my order. It’s been over 6 months.

Never received my purchase made almost 3 months ago and customer service has stopped responding to my requests for shipping updates. I had also purchased shipping protection! Now their website is deleted…I lost $80 to a fraudulent enterprise that was all over social media in late 2025 with some positive reviews at the time.

Horrible experience. I purchased a bag in September 2025, and as of Feb.9th 2026, I still have not received it. The company continually refused to to issue a refund saying that it was still in transit. To make matters worse, I even purchased shipping insurance through them, which has proven to be completely meaningless. Customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive, hiding behind the tracking system rather than taking responsibility. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I paid 65 dollars for my goods in Nov 2025 and to date I have not received it.Just emails stating that I will get refund they are scammers.

On Black Friday 11/22/25 I ordered 2 bags. Well, now it is February , no bags and no refund. I filed complaint with BBB, Shop application and my bank . Bank can’t pull money back because this business used Shop application, BBB useless said they can’t help because business outside US , Shop application said they are only check out and don’t hold money and can’t call my bank to explain their entity. That means: NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS, NEVER USE SHOP APPLICATION FOR CHECK OUT AND DO NOT TRUST BBB FOR THEIR BS. As of 02/04/26, on Google this business was REMOVED , they changed their name on Facebook and Instagram as well. It was FRAUDULENT business through and through .

Total fraud scammers. I too wish I read these reviews before placing an order. Placed order Sept 25 and is now Jan 26, no bag and no communication, despite repeated emails sent to them. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

As everyone else has said, I placed an order for their Leather Bag in November. As of Jan 21, I’m still being told that my order is in transit, and they’re escalating it with the carrier. I’ll be calling my bank tomorrow to cancel the charge. I’ve now had FIVE emails, all saying the same BS, almost word for word. Absolute scam. Do not use them.

Fraud..Iordered from this site in October 2025..I never received merchandise and never given an explanation why...And Never was refunded..I advise never to ordered from them..

ordered back in October 2025. Received many fake "customer support "messages. they are not legit.

I ordered a handbag in August and as of December 30th I still have not received it. I have reached out numerous times and no one can tell me where it is and refuse to refund my money! Terrible customer service! I would never purchase anything from this company again.

I placed an order in September have not received my orders yet. Despite many communication with the team, they keep you waiting, no refund, no cancellation.

Wish I had checked Trust Pilot before placing my order for 2 Boatkin bags on Oct. 23. Like everyone else here, I’ve been REPEATEDLY assured by customer service that my order is on its way and that they cannot process a refund because my order shows as active in their courier’s system (even though none of the tracking links I received has ever worked). Finally, more than 7 weeks later, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. The next day, I received a refund. My advice: avoid this company like the plague. 100% scam.

Ordered a 140$ CAD (not cheap) handbag over 2 months ago and never received it. The response from the company is always the same: they apologize, the shipment is with their carrier. Carrier follow up number does not work.

Ordered a bag from them. After waiting two months for it, requested a refund from Paypal as even the tracking number disappeared from SHOP. Do use them. There are other better companies
