It doesn’t work like advertised. Plus now I’m out $90 but I can’t even return it since I have to ship it all the way across the world and pay for shipping myself. Do not buy!

The blanket is not wet-proof at all. Took ONE experience to find that out. I contacted the company and they flatly stated that I could send the unused one (I bought TWO) back ON MY DIME and they would then refund 35%(!) of the purchase price, which would have cost ME. It is not as though I changed my mind, didn't like the color, texture, size. IT DOES NOT WORK and they refused to make it right. Would give negative 50 stars if I could.

I’m still missing items. I emailed custom service weeks ago and still haven't heard back.

I have still not received the blanket. I have been communicating with a "Julia" who sounds more like an AI chatbot who keeps assuring me my order is on the way but I also never received a shipping confirmation or a tracking number. I'm starting to think this is a scam website. If I don't receive the blanket or shipping information by the end of the week I'm disputing the charge with my bank.

I ordered my blanket on 8/14/26 & never received it. The customer service department gives me the run around. Don’t buy from them!!

Like other reviews on here, I ordered two blankets and received only one. I have reached out to customer service twice now. It has been 3 weeks and I still don't have my second blanket. I wish I had read the reviews on TRUSTPILOT before purchasing.

I only received part of my order and no refund or an offer to send me the items that were not received was offered. After repeated emails there has been no resolution. Absolutely terrible costumer service. Do not order for this business unless you are ok with spending money on items you won't receive.

This blanket is everything I asked for and more and the customer service was excellent. I asked if it could come before a certain date because it is a birthday present and they made sure it did. Thank you.

It never arrived. Wanted to give me black when I ordered a pink. I asked to cancel the order and they haven’t done it

What went wrong was i ordered 2 blankets and I only received one, they won't give actual typed responses, seems AI generated!!! If they would actually read the messages they would see they are in the wrong and they should send me my other blanket! But instead they want to act fraudulent and like thieves and stole my money! Only reason they get one star is because I can't leave less! And don't respond saying "you're order was delivered on such and such date" because only half my order was delivered not all!!!

I have been trying for a month now to get a refund for two blankets. 1 package was delivered 3 weeks later than the original delivery date. The quality was atrocious, color NOT as advertised and rubs off on everything. The quality of the fabric feels that of a dogs crinkle chew toy. The second blanket I never received even though it was marked as delivered. I contacted customer support to express my dissatisfaction and request for a return and refund as I spent ~$130 on them. Customer support refused and has been extremely difficult to deal with. When requesting a supervisor they declined and stated the only “remediation” for my issues is to buy a new blanket and they will partially refund me for the previous missing blank. Therefore would be scamming me out of more money than taking a loss on the product. Do NOT buy from this company

did not receive my 2xl blanket yet. that was ordered on 08/01/2026. i don't care what color you send me just as long as it's a 2xl

The blanket is of cheap quality and gets super matted.

I have washed it once, following the specs I found online for the blanket (note: they never sent me specific washing/drying instructions), and the material is super matted, and the blanket has lost all plush quality after this one wash.

Really bad customer experience this time. Have bought from them previously with no issues.
This time it took six weeks for the blanket to arrive, and the parcel was badly damaged. Have tried contacting the company but no response yet. I’d like to add photos here but unable to.

Absolutely shocking - appalling and probably AI generated customer support- no care or reply - no action - time waste and had to ask credit card to charge back

This is a scam website shipping out of China that is ripping off the original company's name and product. Be sure to check the website name!! theloveblanket.co is a scam, love-blanket.com is the legitimate website. It's been two weeks since I placed my order and they refuse to issue me a refund even though my order hasn't even shipped yet. The only option I've been given it to pay out of pocket for return shipping once my order arrives, and then wait an additional 5-10 business days after it makes it back to the warehouse in China.

I haven’t received the blanket yet. I was told it was delivered on August 8, but it was not. I asked all of my neighbors and checked my ring camera and it was not delivered. I sent another email that I have not received it. I’m waiting confirmation and or pictures of the delivery.

Pretty sure this is a scam company of Love Blankets. The package came with zero info, a fake from address, and a sketchy product.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and was expecting an 8 day delivery slot but it still has not arrived after 3 weeks. A couple of emails later I’m just being told to be patient as it has been dispatched. I don’t doubt this but I think it must be lost in transit. I’m now being asked to review my purchase.
