Over the last few weeks, went to visit my sister in Glossop, which has a loungers pub which was called Pico lounge, I used to live in Glossop and visited Pico Lounge a many times,

So decided to have dinner at this location, expecting a good value for money dinner, from our past experiences, when we arrived we was shocked to find that we had to order from a online menu system, when we ordered our food we was meet with a tip for food system, 8% 12% or 15% of our total bill, we also had an option not to leave a tip, since we didn’t experience the level of service, I didn’t leave a tip, when the food arrived, it wasn’t to the same value for money we expected in the past, when I ordered a Lounge burger and fries, the fries was served in a small cup, and in the past was served in a much larger metal box with many more fries in, and the Egg and sausage muffin wasn’t substantial.

Loungers in Llandudno. We have just spent 4 days and came across the Loungers when looking somewhere for coffee to get out of the rain.
Staff very pleasant and helpful, as it was getting towards lunchtime we decided to stay and eat. My husband had the Buddha Bowl which he really enjoyed, plenty to eat and I just had the tuna melt sandwich which was well presented and tasty. I apologised for hogging the table but we were told to stay as long as we needed to get out of the wind & rain. We will certainly visit again when next in Llandudno. When my husband asked what the building was originally we were informed of what is was before and had been earlier

Marisco Lounge, Scarborough: food and drink is ok but some junior staff need more training in customer care with particular regard for those who visit on their own and not in a group ….. also perhaps self-care - a grubby, stained grey t-shirt is not enticing in an establishment serving food.

This is a review of the Loungers in Hinckley. What I like about this place is the sort of bohemian atmosphere. It is well decorated. There are also tables outside for warm weather days. However, the temperature inside the place was far too stuffy/hot, and we were both sweating just sitting down, and the same thing happened last year. They need to discover air con and cool the place down. I mean, it's just silly. I've never been in any restaurant where it's that hot inside. There were also a lot of flies flying around. A lot of the menu items were overpriced, like lunches that cost £17. Some glasses of wine were around £9, so prices have gone way up. Cider cost £5. Saying that, they did have a few items on their menu that were better value for money. Food was good but small portions and no included sides. My son's cider was served with no ice at all, when it was hot in there and when the table next to us had loads of ice in their drinks. Come on, you can do better than this last time I checked ice was not expensive. Sorry but that was embarrassing. Staff seemed a bit bothered. When I asked for tomato sauce for my sandwich, the response was kind of like "sigh. why do you have to be difficult" and he didn't ask my son if he needed any sauces. They also don't offer water even when it's hot, so i had to go up to the bar and ask for two glasses of ice water. That was met with a look of annoyance by the bartender, who was SILENT and made no eye contact nor did he smile, and clearly disapproving of me ordering water because it's free. Even though we both ordered food and alcohol. So I was given water begrudgingly by a silent bartender. Thanks a lot. Overall, nice atmosphere, food was good, but too hot inside, and staff need to learn better customer service. It's not that hard. Next time a customer asks for some water, don't act like they're wrecking your day.

Visited Salerno lounge Maldon with my wife. Ordered 2 Decaf lattes. Was charged £9.10.
They are £7.10 in Witham lounge I said, and two pounds more than printed on your own menu.(£3.55 each)
Ah said the bar lady. That’s because you asked for extra hot.
Surely people don’t ask for a warm latte I said.
This is the first time we have ever been charged a pound each extra for what we should have had in first place in any coffee house including several lounges.

Perhaps if we ordered a breakfast or lunch we would have only got it hot if we paid a pound extra.
To her credit the girl did discount the two pounds at last.

50/50 the interview at longers Westwood Cross Broadstairs, Kent. Samuel Rush forth Condescending asking me where I see myself in 12 months that's a rude question was friendly to people wearing no interview clothes but me I was suited and booted it's meant to be hospitality not a game show no uniform 🫤

The Panadero lounge opened in Macclesfield today and looks great with an 'almost'impressive selection of beverages on offer but not one pint of traditional British bitter, in a town surrounded by micro breweries. They need to support the local brewing industry and instead of charging £5.30 for a pint if cider, offer a local brewed bitter, Red Willow wincle brewery, storm brewer here in Macc and Bollington Brewery. Trendy doesn't last guys!

Went to try the new venue in penrith. It was busy. Last took us to a table and then realised it was taken so sat us at the front and said when a table becomes available we can move. More customers came in. Guy said 20 min wait. Another set of customers came in the guy said a table had become available. I politely said to the guy that we were waiting for a table - he said he would fine us one next. Er hello we were first and had been waiting. Not happy so decided to leave.

My wife and I love this place it has a nice cosy feel to it and buzzes with people happy eating, it gets busy but then again no surprises there because the food is great, and the choice of spirits and coffees and Teas is great, and if you are Gluten intolerant like my wife then this place has it all sorted with a menu that almost matches the original, the Gluten free meal will come out with a small flag on it so no mix ups in the kitchen or with the serving staff, we give this place top marks keep up the good work. On Friday, 10th November, I had the pleasure of attending a gathering at Ringwood Arboro Lounge. It was a delightful experience as the lounge team provided excellent service throughout the event. Edd, our server, was not only friendly but also kept us entertained with his cheerful and funny personality. Additionally, Tom, another member of the team, was incredibly helpful.

I was particularly impressed by the lounge's wide selection of food, catering to various dietary requirements. They made sure everyone had something delicious to enjoy.

Overall, my experience at Ringwood Arboro Lounge was exceptional. The combination of outstanding service, delightful staff, and accommodating food options made for a memorable and enjoyable gathering. I highly recommend this establishment for any upcoming events or casual get-togethers.

Tremendously helpful with fulfilling the needs of our two young grandchildren.

Location: Argo Lounge, Peterborough. I really struggle to eat at restaurants and cafes but this place was great. They have an allergen menu online that has filters (thelounges.co.uk argo #menu) so you can filter out anything you can't eat. This doesn't hook up to ordering QR card on the tables but if you look before hand you will know what you can have.
Meals are pretty good. I've had the GF Vegan Beyond Burger before and that was nice, and I've also had the standard GF burger as well and that was lovely. Would recommend.

Establo lounge Rustington

Bloke was very arrogant. I had no idea weather our food was still coming, so i had to ask twice. “Second time you’ve asked me, have patience” I AM patient, I HAVE AUTISM. This seemed to be a problem for this guy. it would be good if they could of taken the plates away Aswell. Also only three people serving and the whole place was packed

Couldn't figure out how to pay on the app, then lost order trying to figure it out. Had to go inside in the end. What a waste of time.

I had a wonderful first experience at the Sacro Lounge today. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and right at home. The service was excellent and the vegan options were divine! The atmosphere was laid back and the space felt inviting, despite the inclement weather outside.

The food was delicious, prepared fresh and with such attention to detail. Everyone who works there were friendly and eager to make our visit a memorable one.

We had such a great time and we can’t wait to come back again soon. We would definitely recommend the Sacro Lounge to friends and family. Thank you for such a pleasant visit!

Had an evening at Valerosso in Trowbridge and the atmosphere, food, drinks, service was all good. The music is just too loud! We have been to many of these establishments and love the set up of having somewhere to go and chill out eat and drink and catch up with friends. It's so hard to do in here when you can't hear them. The ceiling is really high which probably doesn't help but the music could do with being turned down a notch.

Great service, food and establishment. The staines Nostrano is excellent, I have also visited the Egham one and the Wokingham one all of which make me head for their branches depending on where I am. I think they are great with an amazing menu and a fantastic work ethic. Sometimes it can take a bit longer to get food but they tell you that and its always in my experience been because they are so busy as people love the place. For me this company now how to run a multi site business.

Morellos Uxbridge.
Greeted at the door by a very friendly staff member who asked about allergies and alternative menus. The food did take a while and the drinks we wanted were unavailable but because it had a nice atmosphere we didn't mind the wait. The food was delicious (I had a vegan flatbread and my sister a burger? It is definitely worth a visit. Hats off to the young boy with glasses working in there, he didn't stop the whole time.

Great food, great coffee, great atmosphere and friendly staff.

I love this place, for a coeliac it’s great. I’ve eaten here loads and never had any problem. They also have a gluten free lager. The staff are super friendly and the food is very tasty. Great for people watching outside.
