Looked at lots of sofas popped in 2 the islington shop found perfect sofa which comes in 2 bits i have a narrow turn on stairs so this was perfect awaiting delivery but very happy so far very helpful staff

Great service
We ordered a sofa and a footstool from The Lounge Co. Their service was excellent as we had to continuously delay our order due to overrunning buildings works. They always replied to e-mails within a few hours and everything went smoothly. The sofa is also excellent quality. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Gorgeous Sofa & Footstool- so happy…
Gorgeous Sofa & Footstool- so happy with our purchase.
We searched for months to buy a new sofa, and spent so many weekends visiting Furniture stores.
I then saw on Instagram and photo of a Lounge Co. Sofa and found the website.
We went for a 3 seater Melody. The initial delivery drivers couldn’t get the sofa in our house & didn’t honestly have time to resolve the problem and our order ended up going back to the warehouse.
I contacted Customer Services and spoke to Marianne- who was absolutely fantastic. She was able to get exact measurements of the sofa without the legs & rearranged another delivery slot. She was extremely helpful and sorted everything for us.
Great company & products! Highly recommend

Very good communication, delivery and product! I emailed checking the dimensions to make sure the sofa would fit through my hallway and they replied quickly with all the info I needed. Delivery was on time, well communicated and the couriers did a fine job bringing in the new sofa and removing the old. Sofa itself is very comfortable and exactly what I'd expected. I'd definitely recommend the Lounge Co!

Do not buy from Lounge co. The sofas age so badly and have gone completely flat. Seriously, these are not high end and certainly not worth the money.

Super comfortable Rose sofas…
We have just taken delivery of 2 Rose sofas which we are delighted with. These were to replace 2 Florence sofas (same design) from SOFASOFA which we had less than 18 months. These were the most uncomfortable badly made sofas we have ever bought, so we were very careful when replacing them. We shouldn’t have worried. The new rose sofas are just so comfortable and well made. Yes they need plumping (we bought fibre fill) but I am used to doing that every night, and they have so far kept their shape perfectly. Really pleased and cheaper than SOFASOFA whose customer service as well is dire

The cushions are not firm enough and look terrible the minute anybody has sat on the settee. Very disappointed. You can only refresh your cushions so many times I'm one day!

We recently relocated from San Francisco and happened upon The Lounge Co. We met Berry and Paulina, who were very friendly and knowledgeable. They let us browse in a relaxed environment and provided us with great insights. We purchased several floor sale items, and they even recommended movers to us. We're very happy with the quality of the items and couldn't be happier with our experience meeting them!
