Excellent service received, this is my fourth purchase and I’ve never had any issues with the company, they have been straightforward and always very helpful.
My latest purchase was for the festival tassel jacket and I can’t wait to wear it it’s amazing!

BE AWARE this company are scamming people and claim to be a UK company. They are not!!! Their clothes are terrible quality. I have read all the reviews and most are clearly fake. I have held off writing my review because I have been in dispute with The look edit and have been awaiting a chargeback through my credit card company.
Firstly please be aware of your consumer rights. When purchasing goods online you have very different rights than when you purchase in person. They are not legally able to refuse a refund on sale items. I have spent the last few months working with my credit card company and seeking legal advice and have had this confirmed.
Thank fully I purchased my items on my credit card.
I ordered three dresses which arrived within around two weeks. The quality of these dresses was terrible. The sizes were completely out. I returned the items at a
Cost if £8.95. I didn’t hear anything and had to contact TLE to check they had received my goods. Thank fully I paid for signed delivery. They had received it but said they could not offer a refund due to them being sale items (nearly everything on their site are in the sale). They offered a credit note. I said I would not order from them again so a credit note was no use. They argued that I had accepted the terms and conditions. When you order with them, their terms are already ticked. I admit I didn’t read them, mainly because I know that as a consumer buying online, I have a right to a refund within 14 days. I did try to reason with them but got nowhere. I pointed out the legalities of online shopping laws but they just refused to budge.
I took this to my credit card company who confirmed that they cannot refuse a refund. They gave The Look edit 30 days to dispute. They did dispute but just kept saying that they had delivered the goods. They just didn’t listen and thank fully my credit card co honoured the chargeback and I have been refunded in full.
I have never dealt with such a rubbish company who sell cheap tat at expensive prices who try to mislead and rip you off. Do not believe the great reviews. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!’ They are shocking👎🏻

This is my third time ordering from the look edit and I’m still happy with the service.
There was a little hiccup with delivery but that was quickly sorted by customer services with are amazing.
Love the set and really grateful for the help when I needed it.

First time buying from this website and I really love the cute pink ruffled set I got.

The set looks the same as the pics online and the quality is pretty good so no complaints.

Obsessed with my new dress, it’s actually sooo stunning.

Delivery was a little long but apart from that I have no complaints.
Customer services were always really helpful and they helped me track my order whenever I emailed and I couldn’t be happier.

Happy with order. I bought one of the fedora hats and it got to me pretty quick. It was really well packaged aswell so it arrived in perfect condition:)

The order was delivered on time and I love the dress, quality wise it’s also really good.

This company is in China, the London address they have on the website is bogus. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner and when they do they direct you to track the order. I eventually received two dressers I ordered almost a month later. They are so far from what the description reads. Linen. They are cheap polyester material certainly not worth £68 i paid. Stay clear.

I do not think the excellent reviews on trust pilot are from satisfied customers.

The product received was a very very poor quality (defintely not worth what I paid) and the returns are tricky because most of their items are on sale and you can only get store credit for items on sale, so before you order make sure you’re happy to receive SHEIN quality of three times the price

Order arrived a little delayed but communication was on point and they kept me updated throughout.

Very happy with the dress, the quality is great. Fully legit business.

Would be happy to shop again.
