I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered in August.. robbing openly! Shut these down!

Absolute scam. I've been waiting months now with no reply to any emails, this company should be shut down immediately.

Ordered the untensil set over 3 month ago nothing arrived £37 taken. Disgusting for a company to be doing this to many people. Sent emails and face book messages no reply 😡 moved house now feel totally robbed !!!

Much like the other reviews, we ordered a utensil set at the end of August, but the order status hasn't even left the "Ordered" stage. No updates at all, and no response to the many requests that we've sent asking for a refund (they say this is fine to do in their FAQs), so a dispute has been raised on the transaction with our bank.

Avoid ordering from this company at all costs.

I ordered my utensils on 30th August and still not received anything and like all the other reviews had no response They want sorting and I want my money back

Never got delivered, not replying to my emails, not refunding. Potential scam.

I ordered from this company at the start of August when we moved into our new home; it is now late October and I have still not received my order. I've e-mailed them over 10 times and apart from an automated e-mail I have not had a response. There is no contact number available. Do not order from them.

If only I could give them no stars; alas 1 star it is.

This company is a sham; taking money from folk but not delivering the goods. Covid restrictions can only be used as an excuse for so long. Other companies are able to deliver within reasonable timescales.

Really bad.

No communication, won't respond to emails (except automated replies) and you can't get an update.

Ordered a product from them (which was in stock) over 6 weeks ago, and its status remains "waiting to be shipped" - there are no other items in the order, and no updates (prompted or unprompted) from the company.

Really strongly recommend you avoid unless you don't mind them taking your money and not sending you the item!

@thelockdownkitchen- if you're reading this, feel free to reach out to me (order 6964) but i won't hold my breath....

like others on here have stated - this company... is a joke as it clearly is not a Company
Clearly taking money and not sending goods - facebook should be accountable too for allowing them to exploit genuine hard working people by portraying are credible which clearly they are not! dont wait for your goods you wont receive them so follow advice and dont buy from them - lets hope they get all they deserve!!!

Complete CON ARTISTS - do NOT order from them - never reply to emails, don't send the goods, and need to be closed down. Now contacting my bank to report them for fraud.

Off to paypal to get a refund for order on 25th August . No answer to emails noticed comments deleted off facebook and angry face emoji.
Con artists I hate pathetic thieves who post on facebook. I hope you get locked up to match your name Lockdown Kitchen. Is that a clue

Placed on order on the 14th August for 2 items, received 1 at beginning of September, which I’m really happy with but have chased continuously since for the other item. Every time I do I just get the automated email back saying track your order with your order number!! Only problem is, I like lots of people didn’t get a confirmation so can’t!!!! Please just send me the bloody item or give me back my £29.99 - simple

I also wish I'd read reviews before buying. Clearly a scam, no confirmation email of order and money taken day after. Disgusting how dishonest some people are. Lesson learned.

Ordered kitchen set beginning September, sadly paid by debit card which was taken the next day. No goods, order status never changed, dont respond to emails, complete scammers, should have read reviews first, lesson learnt. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT, COMPLETE FRAUDSTERS!

I ordered impulsively the beginning of September, saw the utensils and loved them, I didn't check reviews until I never received a conformation email with an order number, you contact them and get generic emails, you comment on socials and get deleted.. Joke of a person running this, hope the police pay them a visit! Luckily I used PayPal and got a refund. Do not order from here!!!

Like everyone else I wish I could give 0 stars. 2 months and nothing had been delivered, no reply to emails. It became clear it was a scam when I noticed they were deleting all of the angry comments on Facebook and instagram. Luckily I paid through PayPal and they refunded my money. If you have made the mistake of giving them money I recommend you claim it back ASAP.

Another one who didn’t receive their product, ordered it on 31st of August and order status never changed once between then and now. Emailed them for an update on multiple occasions but they obviously never reply to them! DM’d them on Instagram but again no response and no refund.
