Ordered a stroller on Sunday 14th Sept…
Ordered a stroller on Sunday 14th Sept 25 at 3pm. So I expected the delivery Tuesday 16th with the Next Day Delivery. We are now on 18th and still no delivery. Its been loaded onto the delivery van at the depot 2 days in a row and then returned to it in the evening -I am assuming this is due to dhl expecting too much from their drivers. So I am now on hold with Lejoux to attempt to speak to someone as their phone lines were switich to out of hours before closing time yesterday. Been on hold on and off for 30 min or so as even there phone line kicks you off after a time. I dont want to leave a message that is ignored - I would like to talk to someone about a solution. I would not recommend using this company - nothing to do with the product - its the lack of customer service. Tip: Use a better delivery company. Why is it such a problem - our current pram is broken beyond repair. So we are pram less - the Next day delivery was what we needed. To quote: "At LEJOUX, we believe that parenting should be filled with joy, not hassle." Really?

Lying to customers about cabin approved size
Their travel go pram is not advertised correctly. 5cm bigger than the measurements given. Not cabin approved as it’s bigger than the approved size. Said they would remove the wrong measurements online but still haven’t.

Unfortunately my item never arrived on time but great communication! Wanted it for my grandsons holiday but came a day late! So unfortunately I’ll be sending back after my hols! But would buy from them again

Happy with purchase
Easy website to manoeuvre. Item arrived quickly and on time the next day. Looks as described. Pretty solid travel pram.
Slightly heavier than expected, but this isn’t really a problem as it has the handle to pull as a suitcase. Hood is nice and big.
Wheels are plastic and could do with a slight upgrade and the mosquito net is a little small and flimsy, but overall very happy with the purchase for the price.

Absolutely love this stroller
Absolutely love this stroller. My daughter outgrew her pushchair so after watching many videos and reading many reviews I bit the bullet. It’s a lot more compact which is what I needed for my hatchback car and folds out and folds down with ease. Only downside was that there weren’t very many instructions on how to put things together but with a little bit of common sense it was easily figured out.

Poor quality and impossible to return!!
Daughter purchased and within first 2 months the seat has begun to make a noise and feels really unsteady. Just seen a review saying their seat collapsed 😱 so... have to return... Just got back as the QR code provided doesn't work!!! Poor man in shop tried every way he could think of kindly. But to no avail. My daughter also received a note in an email response about delay due to how many returns have recently happened...

Super happy with my purchase
I bought this for my grandson so I had a pram in my car as a just in case. We used it yesterday and it was great. Easy to put together and super comfy. I mainly bought it as it’s hard to find a parent facing stroller as baby is only 6 weeks old. It’s going to be great to take on holiday as it’s compact enough. I’m able to slide in between the footwell in the back seat and the driver seat, as I have the dog in the boot. Looks good and I’m really pleased with my purchase. Such a great price, very happy with my purchase.

Disappointed with the Quality and Design
I was specifically looking for a stroller that was foldable and had a double-face option, and came across this one. On the website, it looked fine and seemed to meet my needs, so I decided to order it.
However, once I received it and assembled everything, I started noticing several issues. First and most concerning, the head roof cover doesn’t close properly. This is a real safety hazard—if the baby is choking or needs to be lifted quickly, their head could easily bump into the hard top part.
Another frustrating design flaw is that you can't use both the cup holder and the bag at the same time. The way the stroller is built, you can only use one or the other, which defeats the purpose of having both accessories.
Also, the strap that goes around the baby feels very flimsy and low quality. It doesn't seem secure at all, and I honestly worry it could pop open if my toddler pushes the button. That’s another big risk in my opinion.
Overall, the stroller just feels very plastic-ish and cheap. As they say, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, I found out after opening the box that the website’s return policy doesn’t allow returns once the product is opened, so I’m stuck with it and now will probably have to buy another stroller that’s actually safe and functional.
Definitely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it to other parents.

The quality is horrendous. Mine has broken several times and it’s not even a year old. The customer service is horrendous. Please save your money and buy from a trustworthy company.

Very prompt delivery- next day
Very prompt delivery- next day! Easy to assemble and great to be able to face mum. Baby was not comfortable in forward facing pushchair. Now happy. Quality is very good and quiet to push. Fantastic that it can lie flat to allow baby to sleep comfortably. Easy to change position too. Got the heavier version (11kg) because walking a lot and don’t drive. Other version may be better weight wise if using a car a lot. But very pleased with this one and happy to review it positively.
