The right product at a very competitive price. Didn’t get on with the address selection as it locked so that I couldn’t add further details which led to it being delivered to the wrong address!

Svar fra The Leisure Warehouse
Hi Ian, thanks for your review.
We are sorry you felt the service warranted 1 star - as discussed with you this lock does not come with keys as most people want to fit their own key to match their existing key set. This is mentioned in bold on the item description. We offer barrel fitting as an extra service.
We then offered to cover the cost of collecting the item if you were not happy with it but this was not taken up. We aren't really sure how else we could have rectified the situation for you.

Lesson learned. If you're not sure of the replacement part needed email and ask. Excellent 5* service and aftercare

Quality seller
Chose Leisure Warehouse over others on the Internet because of their pricing and the information we were able to gather about the product we wanted. We had never bought anything from the company, but we're very pleased with all aspects of the purchase. Product arrived promptly and in pristine condition. Thank you!
