Today I paid the LCF group the very last $500 in my possession to pay off my obligation to them in full. I was so relieved to be done with this unethical company. I paid them, and they sent me a document stating that I had fulfilled my obligations with them in full. Happy Day! So I’m sure you can understand my anger and dismay when I looked at my bank account this afternoon and discovered that they decided to access my account and grab an ADDITIONAL $500 that THEY WERE NOT OWED! No explanation, no warning, no email, no phone calls, nothing. LCF chose, on their own, to take $500 that they were not owed, from an account that they had no permission or right to access once that last payment was formally acknowledged on their end.

Sara couldn’t be bothered to fix what they did or to escalate it immediately to someone who can actually do something useful, Instead, she chose to do absolutely nothing and informed me that Accounting has left to go enjoy their weekend, so I would have to wait until Monday for any further assistance.

Their theft left my account $400 overdrawn, bills will be bouncing, return fees adding up and most hurtful? The deposit I was counting on tomorrow for groceries will instead go into the hole they caused in my account and my family will go without food because of what they’ve done.

They can fix this any time they want. It may be inconvenient for them, it would require an effort, Sara’s insistence that they “can’t do anything” is patently untrue and unacceptable. They absolutely can reverse the charge they initiated TODAY, They can 1000% issue a refund back to my account TODAY and sort it out on Monday so at least I can buy groceries to feed my family. Frankly, at this point, their CEO can fly his jet to my town and hand me $500 in cash. They had no claim on that money, no permission, no anything. There are multiple ways they could make this right, but the simple fact is they don’t care if they are stealing from you. Just. Don’t. Care.
So needless to say, run from this company. They are unresponsive, corrupt, incompetent, uncaring & unethical. If you need money badly enough to look at them I would suggest pawning everything you own before considering ever using the LCF group. F-
