Was told I’d be funded same day after all the signing, even got the emails stating “you’ve been funded”. Was not. Into the next business day already and still haven’t received funds. Sounds like I was being gaslit.

They asked me for credit card statements.I refused I told him I did not want the loan.They put the money in my account on christmas eve without me knowing it.I tried to refund the money.They would not answer.I sent text messages to everybody involved.They would not respond.I did a complaint with the attorney general of the state of new york, they cannot get away with this stuff.Somebody needs to put a stop to it.And i'm gonna try right now. I'm gonna organize a class action lawsuit

Our business was affected by the government shutdowns and our clients were off so no invoices were being processed. We had some returns on debits different days as we tried to do what we could with was coming in and they added $2500 default fee. Our loan would be paid in full instead we paying $2500 in default fees. To already gain a profit on top of the loan to begin with and when a business have hardship due to economic shutdown that affected millions of people and not to honor that is terrible business practices. They gained 4k in interest alone plus $2500 is insane to pull from a business that’s trying to operate in tough times as is. The original loan was all of $4k net if that. I called to ask for consideration due to the circumstances and to remove the $2500 fee and he was worried about being on top versus solving the business concern. Anthony you were on top when the loan was written. Being greedy is what this is called. Thank you for making sure I never do business again!
