Very helpful service
The delivery service used by KeiCo had an issue where the product was damaged in transit. Keira from KeiCo was very helpful to get a replacement sent out on a next day delivery to ensure we got our product in time for a special occasion.
Needless to say a great product and great customer service. A pleasant reminder to others on how to run a business and look after your customers.
Thanks again to Keira and I will be using KeiCo for other gifts in the future.
