A few weeks ago I ordered a couple of items one of them being the 10 piece pink paw stationary set. I got the tracking numbers for all the items but when I clicked on the tracking number for the stationary set there was a warning box with a red flag 'EXCEPTION' and a bit more downwards it is saying that the shipment got cancelled. I contacted you twice but still no response.. Can I please know what is happening with my item ?

Hi, Thank you so much for your review. So happy you love your new items. Just a note about delivery. For Germany we quote 3-5 day processing and 15-20 days for delivery. You ordered on July 30 and the items were shipped on August 4th and delivered on August 13th so it took only 14 days in total. If you have any questions please let me know. 💜
Order arrived
In order to track my parcel, I was given a link for an app. In order for the app to work, it demanded access to my email account. Why? The messages can be efficiently replied to on Whatsapp, but there was one which was not and I asked again 3 days later. This was my experience. The order took 2 weeks and 5 days to arrive in Scotland from China?

Hi, Thank you for your review. The tracking app is a suggestion by shopify that they link to all shopify store checkouts. We do however have our own tracking page on our website which we give you a link to on your shipping confirmation email. The app (which we have nothing to do with) works by reading your emails and having all your orders (from any shop you order from) traceable in that app, but the app itself is not very reliable or good, but I can assure you, because it is created by shopify that it is safe. However we do encourage to track using our website or you local post providers website. We sent you your shipping email swiftly so we do apologise for not responding to your question regarding asking if you items had been shipped, because we already sent you an email regarding your tracking code. At very busy times it might take a while to reply to non urgent requests unless they are a cancellation or missing post. After we helped you with the sizing of your item you received the correct size and seemed happy with your purchase. If there is anything more we can do to help please let me know. Service is ok, make sure to measure your clothing to ensure you got the right size
I got the fluffy pink bunny pajamas in a LARGE and they fit wayyyyy to small. I’m 5’7 and about 110 lbs btw. Because their clothes run so small, I had to return the package all the way back to China which basically almost cost the same amount as the product.
Response after company reply: I got reimbursed with my item and shipping. I was told to measure the item to make sure they didn't send the wrong size. Ill note that for next time although they shouldn't be sending the wrong size in the first place but hey, it happens. They responded fast to my problem, and I was able to get something else.

Hi Michael, We are sorry you have had a bad experience with the items of clothing you ordered.
However we have not received any contact from you in email, contact form or phone. If we had we would ask you to show us the clothes you ordered and would be happy to replace or refund on inspection.
Then, on inspection after we got in contact the clothes were fine and you sent us images after you say the clothes had been at the bottom of your cupboard for weeks and you took a picture of them inside out? There was nothing wrong with the clothes they were just wrinkly because you say they had been at the bottom of your cupboard. Then you sent us "many images" but it was the same image again and again.
Kawa College school bag, no accessories as advertised
Ordered the Kawa College school bag, advertised on the photos that it comes with accessories. Bag arrived but with no accessories, disappointed daughter! Asked to send it back for a refund -quoted over £17! Asked to send accessories out, still waiting. Really disappointed as they have some lovely products but I won't be ordering again or recommending them.
