The site was lovely and easy to use with nice clear description of items, the delivery was quick and with excellent communications regarding tracking, the items were received perfectly wrapped and with no excess packaging, clearly thinking about the environment and really delighted with the quality of the items, truly wonderful shopping experience.

Quite honestly, this company is wonderful!
I bought a beautiful women’s knitted hooded jacket in rainbow colours. The website claims it is hand knitted by the local women in Nepal and designed for the cold of Nepalese winters and I can well believe it. I live in the North of England and wore it today to walk my dogs - in VERY cold and windy weather. I was delighted with how comfy and warm it felt.
It looks and feels hand knitted, is lined with fleece to make it snuggly warm and has zipped pockets (2 external and 1 internal) to keep your personal bits and pieces secure. The hood can be removed, if you prefer, via a zip.
I love the bright colours but even if the colours aren’t your thing, the quality is fantastic and they offer a varied range of items.
It seems they also excel at customer service. I contacted the site with a question before my purchase and received a lovely - and very informative - reply from a lady called Laura. She answered all my questions and helped me enormously with my decision to buy.
I know that I have raved a little bit about this company but, quite frankly, it’s so nice to find a place that sells gorgeous things at reasonable prices whilst also delivering friendly and excellent customer service!
I’ve already recommended this site to many of my friends and family and will continue to do so at every opportunity.
Thank you very much to everyone involved :-)

I am impressed with my new harem pants - The material is good quality & they feel fab on. Sizing is perfect - I am size 8-10 and ordered Small.

A lovely, comfy pair of pants that I have worn to teach yoga in.

Good value for money, comfy to wear and sized as expected

These are lovely and warm, very comfortable too.
The only downside side is the surface fluffs up, even with ligh use.

swift service, good communications and easy returns

Excellent product, just as described (if not better) with speedy delivery ... I will definitely be back for another purchase soon !!
Thank you

From my initial enquiry, to my final delivery, the service I've received has been 5 star.
I wasn't sure of the size to order, so I ordered one of each and the returns policy was clearly described to me.
Size small was too small, but I was struggling to find a large one the website in the styles I liked.
I contacted them again and was sent a link to all the styles that had a large in stock, which must have taken a while to prepare, and today I received my order and I'm really happy with the trousers I have. The material and pattern is amazing and they fit perfectly.
Thank you!

Nice, warm harem pants. Nice colour. Quick delivery and well made. Thanks.

Perfect sizing on website resulted in great fit when products arrived in perfect condition and in good time. Very Happy.

Great service, fast delivery and just as advertised. These warm elephant harem pants are so warm and comfortable I ordered another 2 pairs. Just wish more in stock of the other warm ones. Great quality and although say's hand wash I did chance a pair on a cool wash and were just fine.

Have bought from this company before and will do again.
I would definitely recommend as the quality of the items I bought is really good.
I got a discount for buying more than 1 item, which is a nice added bonus.
I was kept well informed about the progress of my order and delivery was within a reasonable time from ordering.
Overall I had a really positive experience with this company and would definitely recommend them.
Thankyou Karmic Chameleon

Style, sustainability, comfort, quick delivery, quality, thank you 🙏

Third item I've bought from this site. They are perfect for keeping me warm whilst working at this time of year and going out on days if it is not too wet. Arrived promptly too.

Extraordinarily good value. Hard to believe it doesn’t cost at least twice the price. Remarkably comfortable, warm, and stylish. First-rate.

I have purchased 5 pairs of trousers and love them all. Fast delivery too

Brilliant jackets.
The best and the warmest - incredibly well made.

Love all the clothes. Such good quality. The blanket trousers are so warm and a great length for me (I'm 5'11).
