Epic customer service, kept me up to date on delivery and also informed me of any changes and rectified issues really fast. Defo buying from these guys again, thank you!

Amazing customer service.
I bought a vape pod kit and the pod was leaking and they sent me 2 new pods free of charge which worked perfectly and resolved my problem. Their customer service is amazing as is their products. I recommend The Juicy Joint they are trustworthy and reliable. They also throw in some free stickers which I think is a lovely little surprise!

Stay Juicy!💚
Great company!
Great company for all your vaping needs. Great prices and great service no matter how small your order. Brilliant communication as some items were o.o.s and contacted me to choose what I wanted instead, rather than just choose for me which all the other companies have done in the past. Super quick delivery and very well packaged.

Hey Craig! Thanks for your honest feedback, and sorry the delivery was slower than usual. January’s bad weather in Birmingham really threw a wrench in things. We appreciate your patience! Glad you’re enjoying the sale CBD products though. Just so you know, we’ve got a 3-for-2 deal across the whole Orange County Range if you want to stock up next time. Looking forward to getting your order to you quicker in the future! 💚

The best smoke shop
A massive variety of good quality products. The customer service is outstanding, I had broken a glass stem and Graham was extremely helpful at finding me a replacement. I have shopped at multiple smoke shops and I have never had an experience anywhere near as good as with the juicy joint. 10/10 experience the juicy joint is the only shop I will use and recommend from now on.
