The Jewellery Room is the global home for fine designer jewellery, based in Copenhagen. Founded in 2020 by sisters Pernille and Charlotte, who each bring more than 20 years of experience in the jewellery industry, our mission is to connect customers around the world with carefully selected independent jewellery designers. Every piece in our collection is handpicked by our jewellery experts, chosen for exceptional craftsmanship and timeless design. We work closely with each of our designers to ensure that the jewellery we offer is of the highest quality – pieces made to last a lifetime. With a strong commitment to responsibility, we review each designer against strict criteria to ensure their sourcing and production reflect our values. This means you can wear every piece with pride. Ordered a Pair of earrings for an anniversary present… to my surprise only 1 earring was delivered.
- if that was the end of the story, I would have given 1 stars
However, I got a hold of the company and they quickly fixed the mistake… the issue is, that I couldn’t give my wife her present because the 2nd earring of the pair- is a week late and being delivered when I’m at work.
So despite the mistake, they’ve tried to remedy the issue— it’s too late, but they tried…. Reason 3 stars instead of 1.

We would like to apologize once again for the situation. Unfortunately, the designer mistakenly sent only one earring in the original shipment, and as soon as we were informed, we of course did everything we could to have the missing earring sent to you as quickly as possible.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially as it was meant to be an anniversary gift, and we are truly sorry that it affected the moment of giving the present.
Thank you as well for recognizing that we did our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. We sincerely hope the earrings still bring joy now they can be worn together as a pair.
