I have ordered a few items from the two-piece set, various leggings, skirt, and work pants. Quality is great, but their customer service is top tier. I had needed some new sizes of the items I purchased, and I emailed customer service and they responded quickly and sent me new sizes immediately. When the customer service is great, you know the product too is great. This will keep me as a returning customer.

Unlike some other online shopping stores my product arrived very quickly. It was the quality that was advertised. It was not the right size so I requested an exchange. They responded right away and my new leggings are on their way. I'm very impressed with the customer service and response.

I love the feel and look of Iuga leggings and yoga pants. They fit great and keep me motivated to hit the gym. They stand by their products and customer service is excellent! I ordered some shorts that were not for me and asked about their return policy. A simple email and I received a replacement item and did not have to return the original item! I was able to pass the shorts on to a friend and received my replacement item within days. Awesome company.

Phenomenal customer service! I didn’t like the fit of my order and they were so helpful in letting me try something new instead. Highly recommend trying them out; they’re really great to work with to get the right options for you!

My first time ordering leggings from IUGA and I love them! I ordered three pair and two of them didn't fit comfortably so I inquired about exchanging them. Their customer service was top notch- fast response and very personable and helpful.

I love these leggings! Thy are the only ones that don't roll down while I am working out. Thy are so comfortable as well. I decided to try their jeans. The size legging I get was too big in the jeans, so I emailed the support and they took care of it quickly.

They are attentive to their return policy. I also like the leggings.

My order arrived as expected and on time. I needed to contact Customer Support for a question and they got back to me promptly and helped me!

Fit great, comfortable and flattering. Last item on earth priced fairly it seems. The ButterLab buttery soft ones are the way to go if you ask me. There was one pair that didn’t fit me well (PowerTight Sandwich pair rode lower across my “not tiny” backside) so I asked by email to return them and figured I’d replace them with the kind that work better for me in a separate order—like most places make us do these days. Instead of having to do a return and place a separate order they told me to just gift or donate the pair I didn’t like and shipped out the replacement without charge. Customer service was fast, professional and completely about…well…old school customer service!

I absolutely love IUGA leggings! The material is incredibly soft -- you honestly feel like you’re not wearing anything at all! They’re very flattering and fit beautifully. I also appreciate the wide variety of colors and styles they offer.

I’ve ordered several items from them, and every single one has met or exceeded my expectations. The quality is consistent, and the price point is very affordable for what you get.

On top of that, their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced, which makes me feel even more confident ordering from them again.

I ordered 5 bottoms and loved the quality and fit of them but unfortunately 2 of the bottoms were not long enough for me as I am 5’7 and hippy. I requested a return for the 2 items and received a response rather quickly. Not only that, I was given the option to return, or save the shipping fee cost and instead keep the 2 items and give to a friend/family and still receive a gift card in the amount purchased for the 2 items. I am not only satisfied with the quality, but the price and the great customer service that the company has shown. I will for sure be ordering again from IUGA.

This company is fantastic!! I purchased 3 items. Shipping was fast, yay!! The items looked great, were buttery soft, but sadly didn’t fit. I emailed customer service and their response was prompt and they set me up immediately with options for correcting the issue. All additional correspondence was efficient. No nagging for updates, no hassles, no sending pictures of this and that, etc. what a change of pace from other vendors out there!! I am a fan and will definitely be purchasing from IUGA again!!

The customer service on this transaction was amazing! Not being sure of what size to order, it turned out I ordered the wrong size and wanted to exchange my item. I got back to me very quickly and solved the issue AND I was able to donate the other pair. I will definitely buy more.!

The item I ordered did not fit, and within 24 hours got a response. I was informed that they will be sending me a replacement item. Customer service is A+
