I have used Assets for Life; Property Investors Network; Touchstone Education; Insight Group; Samual Leeds, and others, so believe I can provide an honest and balanced opinion regarding each of these organisations.

Many of these organisations' primary objectives are purely that of creating income, and using education as a by-product; continually reworking their database, to sell more and more courses, with little to no support or mentoring.

Too few provide knowledge, support, and mentoring, to the same high standards as Insight Group does.

One of the few property education organisations I would recommend.

I joined Aran's training at the Insight Group because although I wanted to invest in property I was scared and didn't know how/where to start. Aran has offered me a new world not only by giving me the tools to select outstanding houses but also by teaching me the power of the mindset and how to raise infinite money. I have now properties in Tesside and in South Yorkshire as normal family let and also doing service accommodation.And this with none of my own money!!

Within the two years I released £60k of passive income from capital appreciation, which is just above what Aran promised when I joined the course and of Course I now have property that are cash flowing for the eternity.

The whole event is presented by Aran Curry himself unlike many other providers. He has a very easy going manner and the content of his course is brilliant covering both property strategies and mindset. He even make "tax interesting"
Aran is a Great presenter his content is fantastic covering all subjects well with both enough Mic drop moments and humor to hold your attention.
Aran explains everything well and gives plenty of opportunities to ask questions after each session.
The venue has good facilities and his team organise the whole event well inc. the food and networking evenings.

I signed up to the email marketing list a few weeks ago and kept meaning to attend a webinar. I finally watched a free one tonight and both my partner and I went in with very low expectations (for a free property seminar which is usually just an up—sell) however we were both left pleasantly surprised! In the beginning I was somewhat skeptical regarding Aran's talks and training programmes, looking at the cost. However, the free webinar on tax changes was a no-brainer to watch; I had nothing but a little time to lose for potentially large gains. I learned a lot that I had been missing. I followed more videos and more webinars. I liked Aran's approach, energy and the pushy positive motivation. Don't get me wrong. What he's doing in teaching is a great business model; I'm sure it's making them decent money, but for the value and guarantees - it really is a no brainer.

I have since signed up to the PMA programme and have just signed up to VIP; the money back guarantee for hitting objective is a no brainer and they will assess your situation with you to confirm what is best for you, for your goals. It's worth addressing that as you learn what is possible, your goals will likely rise to needing the PMA/VIP support to achieve it; this is a not a con, but an investment in itself and will pay dividends for the rest of your life. The less experience you have, the better the deal is really. The people and the support are excellent and they are there to reach out to all the time.

This review is based on the PMA experience so far, which represents excellent value for money IMO. There are a tonne of learning and documentation available. I'm will be at the beginning of my VIP experience soon. I expect it might even exceed my expectations; if somehow it doesn't, I will return to feedback here within 18months, but I'm not expecting it.

Aran demonstrates a wide range of expertise and specialist knowledge, but even more importantly he gives very much of himself to all who need it.

Aran's training is thorough and remarkably is able to maintain personal service and knowledge of his students while running his business. I especially like the personable way he deals with queries and questions through his Q&A as well as through his support team and direct email. Thank you.

Superb coaching and mentoring. I have been in property over 25 years and thought I would never sign up for a course like this but something made me do the free 2 day event and immediately after I signed up for the academy and then VIP. Within a week of starting I'd had more valuable advice than I'd had in years that will cover the course costs many times over.
