Worst food and customer service
The food was pre cooked and then just warmed when I placed the order. My starters arrived within couple of minutes of my placing the order. Tandoori chicken would take more than two minutes to cook. Meat was completely dry. When I complained, I was told that I have to accept the food as served. There was no sympathy nor any apology for the food served. I wanted to cancel my order after I tried the starter but I was told I cannot do that. I had to pay for the food whether I eat or not. Restaurant where staff don’t hear the customers complaints, bully you into paying for food that is not made to standard. I was told the food is made for pallets of English people, but I would tell every English person going to this restaurant to think .. do you want freshly cooked meal or cold food and meats pre cooked and then just warmed and then bullied to take it or leave it .. but you must pay the full price. The manager came at the end to stop me from writing this review but he did not come before when I complained about the starters…his reason… my comments will be bad for their business. But he did not either refund me the money nor apologise.. he kept defending his staff and chef. This restaurant is not worth the money you spend. London deserves better.
