Spent over £100 on a set of prints and the one came all creased plus you have to frame them your self and for this money is shocking . The delivery takes ages and even the delivery driver threw them at my door and walked away good job they are not glass !! emailed them and no reply not worth the money won’t recommend or buy again now

Recently purchased 3 large black framed wall pictures for my living room. They looked absolutely perfect for my needs.

They arrived today promptly but on opening the parcel I was extremely disappointed with the product. I have bought quite a few pictures from various sources but I have never had to frame them myself 😳.

The pictures were rolled into a tube and the frames separate, definitely not what I expected or wanted.

Rest assured I will not be using house outfit again.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I opened all my frames that I had ordered, when in different lighting I realised I did not like the colour. This of course voided my possibility to return. The lady Claire was so so helpful and lovely ! Allowed me to exchange the items out of good will gesture. I just thought this was so kind will recommend this company to anyone and I love my frames !

Absolutely outstanding customer service. First of all I never received the goods even though I received a delivered notification. I contacted the team and they immediately sent me replacements. Once I received the replacements I had to return them unfortunately they were not the right colour scheme for my daughters decor. The process was simple and I received a full refund within a couple of days. I would also like to add the product was of outstanding quality. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have came back to update my review following the proactive customer service received. I initially wrote about the poor quality frame received which was unlike what was advertised. That fact still stands but I am super impressed with the proactive approach you took with me and the acknowledgement received. Thank you for resolving this so efficiently, and the updated review reflects that of a local business trying its best.

Good quality much better than others I have seen .Third time ordering and my item arrived slightly damaged . Claire sorted this straight away and kept in touch . Great customer service

Paid £82 for two prints and two frames, very poor quality prints and frames are rubbish very thin white wood surround, a thin plastic instead of a decent material, flimsy, cheap looking, didn’t reply to my email about returning, I would say I would have paid no more than £10 for all, cheap tatt, don’t bother

Lovely print would definitely order more. Delivery time took longer than normal but with a little nudge, it arrived within a couple of of days after. Would definitely order again.

Really easy to find what you want. I knew what I wanted and had them in my basket and check out. Both really simple to navigate, and pay. I had seen the two photos I wanted. I'd scrolled past everytime not sure to get them, would it be a nightmare ect. But, really glad I got them. Really happy. Thank you.

Great prints. Small issue with second order but was resolved promptly by a great customer care team.

We’ve purchased a couple of prints over the years. Love them. And the staff are brilliant. If you’re after prints, pictures etc then go to The House Outfit.

Unfortunately the print was too small for the frame but I didnt realise this until I'd opened it so can't return it. Absolute waste of money as the print was also illegible due to the way it was printed

Placed an order over a week ago, cannot get an update or response when I try to track it. Have emailed customer service several times and nothing

Leider sind die Poster nicht so schön wie im Internet abgebildet. Außerdem kamen zu den Versandkosten in Höhe von 25 Euro noch mal 22 Euro Zollgebühren oben drauf :( für diesen Preis hätte ich sie garantiert nicht bestellt.

So gorgeous I reordered the canvas in a larger size!
I then had some issues with delivery and the team in customer services couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful.

I am delighted with my canvases. They arrived on time and look amazing in my livingroom. I also had an issue which was resolved straight away.
I will be buying more canvases or prints in the future & be recommending to friends and family.

I ordered gorgeous prints from this company, I had missed my house number from the delivery address so didn't receive my prints as Royal Mail returned them as they were unable to deliver without a house number, I was given a full refund, I reordered and they very kindly refunded my postage as I'd re-ordered them, the customer service from this company is excellent, I would highly recommend this company to friends and family, I am over the moon with my pictures and wouldn't go anywhere else now to buy my prints, cannot recommend this company enough, well done and keep up the good work. This company has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. The second time I purchased from them I did so after a shambolic experience with another company. Whilst the second lot of purchase missed a print - the moment I told them the replacement was in my hand by the weekend. I also got a refund for my inconvenience - then a follow up email. ALSO the prints look good in my home and makes my home feel so calm which is one of their goals. I’m definitely repurchasing from this company! Please don’t change
