Great experience from start to finish, from the super quick shipping to the personal video made by the guys at honest diver.
Just a great shopping experience will completely use them again!

Went in to get two old regulators serviced. James was very helpful with advice and told me it would take a few weeks because it was difficult to get Apeks service kits at the time. He sent me an email once the service kits were available and let me know the cost, which was very reasonable. I got the regs back when he said I would, and even more free advice about upgrading them. Very happy with everything and won’t hesitate to go back.

From start to finish I cannot say enough about the team at Honest Diver. I ordered a hood that I needed at short notice for a dive the same week. Not only did the HD deliver earlier than expected but I even received a personal video message from Jim himself. Never experienced such a unique customer experience anywhere else.

I had an outstanding experience with Honest Diver! From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. They went above and beyond by sending me a personal video about my order, which was such a thoughtful touch. When one of the items was out of stock, they kept me updated throughout the process, making sure I was never in the dark. Once my items were ready, they arrived promptly, and to my surprise, they included a handwritten note and some sweets as an apology for the delay. It’s rare to find a company that shows such care and attention to detail. I highly recommend Honest Diver for their fantastic service and personal touch!

I, like a lot of people, tend to do the majority of my shopping online these days, and whilst this was no different, The Honest Diver provided a very in person, and personal feel. I had decided to purchase a custom design Xdeep Zen, but as I'd never used a wing before I had lots of questions regarding finalising my specification. Using the website, I set up a video call with Jim, and he could not have been more helpful. As well as answering all my questions about the item, he also took the time to answer all my more general questions about using a wing. I was left feeling fully confident about everything and placed the order that day. I was told custom orders usually take up to 6 weeks but can be a little longer over the Christmas period. My order came in around 8 weeks and once Jim had checked it over and was happy, it was sent to me and arrived the next day. He even shot and sent me a short preview video which was a nice touch. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending The Honest Diver to anyone, their attention to detail, amazing customer service and communication is fantastic. I have since ordered more items, and will be making further orders in the future.

I purchased a pair of Enluva Gloves for my KUBI system. They where delivered very quickly, the quality of these gloves are superb. I wore them over the forest the temperature was minus 1 degrees. My hands where nice and arm - very impressed, I cant wait to try them underwater. I will be looking to purchase the Enluva socks very soon.
