dear customer,
We are very sorry for the delay. Please be advised that recent changes in customs regulations, combined with ongoing carrier delays, have led to significant slowdowns in cross-border shipments from Canada to the U.S. Currently, all parcels—regardless of declared value—are subject to customs duties and inspection, which may further impact delivery timelines.
We’ve seen multiple orders, including yours, take more than 5 business days to clear customs and cross the border.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

dear customer,
Upon checking, we've confirm that your order is still in transit. Your order was placed on April 26 and dispatched from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC on April 28.
We’ve recently observed delays in cross-border shipments and customs clearance. Additionally, USPS is currently experiencing processing delays, likely due to recent staffing reductions. Unfortunately, these issues have been affecting many of our shipments.
update* - According to USPS, the item was damaged during transit. As discussed, we will be sending you another one with new tracking info.

Was the part I needed.Fit perfectly
Price was fine, shipping was really expensive, paid more for shipping than item. Flat rate of $15 for items that are small and weighs nothing was a bit extreme.

Thank you for your feedback. We charge a flat shipping fee of $15 for all small parcel shipments. In most cases, the actual shipping cost exceeds this amount, regardless of the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, Canada Post etc). However, we cover the difference to keep pricing straightforward and affordable for our customers.
We appreciate your understanding and your continued support. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out.
