The Holiday Tribe LTD Anmeldelser

Used the holiday tribe to book a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. So far they’ve been great and Vanessa helped get a few different quotes for me. Don’t usually like writing reviews until after the trip so I will definitely write another one after the trip. But so far so good, I’m pleased.

Really helpful and informative helped me find exactly what I was looking for and answered all my questions. Brilliant deals and prices and very responsive and polite. I was assisted by Mike and he was a great help. Can't wait for my holiday and will definitely book with the holiday tribe again

Excellent service by Vanessa couldn't believe how fast she's just sorted my birthday surprise for my girlfriend thanks Vanessa

Customer service of Holiday tribe is incredible and they prove their excellence by supporting throughout the booking process and until we get on the flight. The staff member who helped me with my booking was amazingly responsive and catered my requirements without a delay and went on to suggest hotels as well.

Vanessa went above and beyond for me last night I'm not Tec minded so really struggling with what we're probably simple tasks but not for me she talked me through every step even repeating it twice sometimes so I could get it right this woman deserves a medal 🥇 she even stayed behind late just so she could secure my seats for this one in a life time experience for me and my grand daughters

Excellent customer service from the minute I sent a message. My enquiry was dealt with swiftly and even after asking to change a few things a couple of times and my hundreds of questions nothing was too much trouble! Our bucket list trip is now secured with a low deposit and monthly payments which is really helpful. I have to say I looked around and Lucas & Vanessa definitely got us the best deal out there nowhere could beat the quote! Even got breakfast thrown in and transfers FOC which was a bonus. I would not hesitate in recommending using The holiday tribe and will definitely use them again. Well done Lucas & Vanessa what a team!! 😊

My Flight Angel, Vanessa managed to get me great prices on direct flights from Dublin to Canada and this week she found us a four day packaged holiday to Disneyland, Paris!! Breakfast, hotel transfers, trains to Paris to do some sight seeing and passes to the park!! We were blown away by the great deal you got for us! You really go out of your way to help your customers and nothing is a problem. So patient with my constant online confusion. Thank you again Vanessa xx

Thankyou Mike for all your effort today, and I'm really looking forward to my trip to Iceland

The messages back and forth were very helpful. The person messaging was very patient with me. When I began to get anxious because I'd not recieved the hotel docs, he phoned me to reassure me.
