Ordered a pair of FF Round Print Shades on Saturday. On Monday they arrived which was a lot quicker than I expected them to, and the quality of them is so good. Really happy I bought from here - will definitely buy again soon!

I Ordered my sunglasses they came quicker than expected and they are amazing quality, Id previously bought the same glasses from another shop and they were flimsy and broke within a month but these glasses are very sturdy and well made. Will definitely be ordering again thank you x

Scam!!! Item still not received. Ordered 27the may. They ignored all my DM’s and email. Commented on post asking as last resort, noticed they’ve gone and deleted my message and other people’s comments asking where there order was and why they don’t reply. Money scavengers!!

I was a bit cautious about ordering from here because of a few reviews I saw however decided to place an order after seeing a celebrity promote them. My order arrived in 3 days and I have nothing to fault about it! So happy I decided to shop here as I certainly will be again soon

I ordered an anklet, bag and sunglasses from here however when my order arrived it was missing the anklet so I messaged them on Instagram and they looked into it and they sent me out a replacement (which I got in only 2 days) and also gave me a special code for my next purchase as an apology from them. All of my items are really good quality and other than the anklet not arriving with the order everything was perfect here, and I really like how they handled this situation. I would definitely recommend girls x

I placed an order on the 11th June 2020 which was delivery for 5 - 7 days yet I still have not received my order and it has now been 9 days been trying to contact via email and social media but have not got no response from anyone one very frustrated customer. I am yet to receive a response as to where my order is and why I have not received any update.

I purchased a top from this website in May the item was too big and so I packaged it up only to realise there was no return address or slip. I emailed the website numerous times on my issues and then went on to dm them, I have still had no response and am stuck with a top that is way to big for me and I see this has happened to a few other customers !!!!!

I ordered a few items for my daughters birthday on the 15th May. I received confirmation about order but still haven’t received items. My daughters birthday has since passed on 1st June. I have emailed 3 times with no response. I paid by Paypal so will be looking into getting my money back.
I see hellashop has replied to a few reviews here but not mine. I’m starting to get a complex. I have now messaged you on Instagram. No response.
I don’t think this is a scam but I certainly think they need some lessons in dealing with orders. When they finally contacted me back I was told my order wasn’t sent because part of it was now out of stock. Wow. So beware. If u order something pay for it then it goes out of stock. Tough. They make no attempt to tell you this and no attempt to refund your money. I was advised to pick something else from website, which I did. They still haven’t bothered to send these to me. So after 5 days of being ignored again I reported to Paypal.
Now in the Hands of Paypal to get refund.

Refund from Paypal now in my account. But still with no explanation into why they couldn’t fulfil my two orders and she had the audacity to ask me to delete my review. Some lovely stuff on website too but just be aware u might be one of the unlucky ones whose order is of no interest to them.

I received my sunglasses this morning. Love them. They came in just over a week from Order date. Thank you ! X

I ordered 2 un voyage bags on the 12th of may and received no emails about it! Just a confirmation email.Customer service is quite frustrating as i have emailed twice and sent 3 dms to them and still no reply. Whats frustrating is that these bags looked great! I was so excited but not receiving any emails yet is frustrating.

Order took about a month to come, one item was damaged and was not the same as the picture, they ignored my dms and emails and only replied weeks later because an I told an influencer who was promoting them about my issue. They told me they wouldn’t be refunded as I used a discount code (which they said was store policy but I checked before placing my order and there was NOTHING under that section, then it magically appeared when I asked to see) and that they’re sending a replacement the next day only because it was damaged - great. Nearly a week goes by and I ask when it would arrive as I wanted it for my holiday (I ordered like 2 months before my holiday and my holiday was in like a week) and they then said I have to send it back first??? So I send it back ASAP but by the time I receive it I was on holiday. The replacement still didn’t look like the picture and this time it wouldn’t open. They asked me to send a video trying to open the bag - so I did. Never received a response. I even politely messaged the owner directly as I asked for his handle incase my dm’s weren’t replied to again and of course - he ignores too. I got in touch with trading standards and unfortunately they couldn’t do anything as they weren’t a registered business. I took no further action but thought the least I could do is enlighten other people as to how awful the company truly is. I’m surprised they can get away with it, their instagram followers are fake and I’m sure most of their positive reviews On here are too.

the price I paid was not worth the quality at all. I spent £70 on 2 pairs of sunglasses and when they came they look and feel so cheap! I then looked at the returns policy and found that you cannot send back sunglasses for hygiene reasons which is ridiculous! I then emailed them to speak about my disappointment and to ask for some sort of refund and they did not even reply to me. Save your coins you can buy stuff on there from amazon for the exact same product but so much cheaper it’s a joke!

Is this a scam? I cannot get in contact with the customer service team. And have been waiting on my order for 3 weeks. Haven't received any information about the tracking of said items. What is going on??? Is this real or did I just get robbed?
