Ordered some sunglasses nearly 2 weeks ago, had no tracking number or email to say it’s been dispatched. Emailed customer services and on Instagram and heard nothing, feel like this is the only way I may be able to hear back from them.. I’d like my glasses or money back please.

Ordered a jumper from Chloe Brockett’s collection which arrived faulty with some holes and snags in it, which I was really disappointed with as it was such good quality!! Contacted their help page on Instagram who sorted it out within 24 hours and I had a new one not with me not long after plus a partial refund. I ordered a stuffed animal on January…
I ordered a stuffed animal on January 6th and it’s now February 3rd and the only email I’ve received is a confirmation email, nothing else. I emailed them twice, just to make sure the order went through and no response. I don’t know if I should dispute it on my PayPal or not but in almost a month all I receive is a confirmation??? Ridiculous

package not delivered
my friend ordered a package on the 9th of december. she still hasn’t received it and it’s now the 3rd of february. she’s sent multiple emails which the company have ignore and has basically lost £50. she even dm them on instagram which they finally answered but after she gave them her order number she never heard from them again! rubish

I can see that the reason for this is due to Royal Mail returning the parcel as there was nobody to sign for the parcel on December 17th when delivery was attempted. Friendliest customer service I have…
Friendliest customer service I have ever received from an online shop. My order hadn’t arrived and I had waited a week later, so I contacted them and Louise informed me that my order had been lost and I had another on the way to me the same day which was delivered 2 days later. Had high hopes for this company seeing as a few celebs use and have collabs with. Ordered some items which were discounted I thought it was great excited for my items to come. They arrived however only 1 of 3 items. I emailed once, no reply. messaged 3 separate occasions on Instagram still no reply then eventually someone replied to say they would look into it and get back to me and I am still waiting 2 MONTHS LATER 2 more emails and 3 Instagram messages nothing.. tried to make a claim through PayPal however it doesn’t work not sure if this is because the order was too long ago. I know there is a pandemic going on but I have given them long enough to resolve this only to assume nothing will be done and I’m just going to have to take the loss.
