Excellent Service.

My daughter ordered some items from here for her birthday which she absolutely loved. The quality is impeccable, delivery was very quick (quicker than expected) and had no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend this website for the best clothes and accessories.

Spoke to the lovely Louise who was so helpful and just a lovely girl. Not only did she sort out my order but also compensated me with a gift card which I thought was really sweet 😃

Amazing quality items and service. Ordered on Thursday and my order has just arrived and I’m very impressed (I bought from Leah Fletcher’s new edit). Definitely ordering again and would highly recommend.

Great value for money. Ordered 3 tracksuits from their new collection and they are so comfortable and worked out cheap with a code I used :)

Delivery was fast, items are very good quality and fit really well 👌

I have messaged the Instagram page before and since the previous comment from the company was provided and still not had a reply.
I’ve messaged this page - @thehellashop

Is it definitely the correct one, or is there a specific account for their customer service? As I’m still waiting for someone to tell me where my parcel is from last month

Unreal tracksuits on here! Treated myself to some last week and they’ve washed up really well so buying some more tonight for sure xx

Helpful customer service who gave me tracking number for my order that I couldn’t track. Delivered today and no issues whatsoever 👍
