visited Health Hub , Karama and consulted Dr Shaji Pallissery, Ortho specialist for my Mom aged 72 years for her knee and back pain, found the doc to be very straight forward and professional in his approach with detailed explanation of the issue and treatment plan fo, which we found relevant and booked the physio etc, need more docs with this kind of approach here/ thank you doc, keep up the good work/ good luck

I came to the clinic in Alqusis2 with sever toothache I was crying like a child even though ther was no dentist available Dr Nirmala took good care of me and she didn’t let me go without help I also wanna thanks the nurses Joseline and Jincy for their help Joseline has the most soft hand ever o didn’t even feel the needle and let me not to forget the receptionist who expedited the entry process so that I could be taken care of, even the security guard was really polite and nice guy. I also remember one time I came and they were about to close and also Dr Nirmla told them to open the file for me and she refused to let me go in that situation she’s really nice and wonderful doctor they’re lucky to have her.

The building was cold and disgusting. I know they were having renovations but there was no attempt to prepare for my consultation. I was taken into a room that was freezing cold and smelt of damp. The therapist only switched the heater on when I arrived. She didn’t introduce herself or make me feel at ease. She just sat down looking at her phone and asked me how I was. She didn’t explain the process or look at me much. She seemed to get mixed up with the information I gave her. She was disinterested and absolutely rubbish. I have been a nurse for 42 years and would say this was the worst physio I have ever met. A waste of my money. No outcome and little help or advice offered

They promote they are a fracture clinic. They aren't, they don't offer the service. I even booked a Fracture Clinic appointment and then sat in the waiting room with my kid for over an hour past our appointment time to be told, they aren't able to help they don't have fracture clinic up and running yet. They need to remove promotion of this. What a joke!!

Visited Viann - Consultant 12 - Received a wonderful physio consultation and follow up sessions over the last few weeks. This has really helped me with long time back and shoulder pain issues. She is very friendly but also knowledgeable. She explains everything she is doing and why as she works with you.

Worst place to get health care. Doctor Dushyant Singh cares about his fees more than the health of his patients. I got hospitalised in an emergency due to his lack of care and wrong medication prescribed. He would not even answer my calls when I needed urgent medical attention. I had to switch doctors in a hurry and the next day my new doctor asked me to go to the nearest hospital and book myself in the emergency department. Shame on doctor Dushyant Singh from health hub Springfield in Brisbane.

Dr Nazar Khowaja from Health hub is excellent in diagnosing the primary problem, understands the patients situation and prescribes medicine according to the diagnosis. He is very well mannered and very experienced doctor that I have had the opportunity to meet and greet. One of the best GP doctors to look forward to.. God Bless you sir. Regards Suhail Shaikh

She will only provide the antibiotics when it is necessary for the patient. After that many times I am comfortable in going there. Her service is much appreciated.. God bless you

What an absolute shambles. I ordered a Vitamin D test and chased after 5 days to be told they were still waiting for the sample to arrive but typically it would take between 3-7 days to get to them! After a further lapse of time I chased again and what a surprise, my sample had arrived that day and it was with the lab. (No communication received as promised re progress updates in the interim.) Later that day they emailed to say the lab had advised my sample had haemolysed due to the time taken for it to arrive. I made the point that if time was of the essence for this test then they should use a service which would get it to them next day, not typically take 3-7 days as quoted as the norm by them. They offered to retest at an additional £10 which I reluctantly agreed to. Test took days to arrive after they'd confirmed dispatch but I duly completed it and sent it off. Again, no news so I chased and by magic, my test had just arrived. Later that day I received a blank test report! Once again, apparently, my sample had haemolysed and a 'system glitch' had generated a blank report. They immediately offered a refund of my initial payment which has arrived today but have ignored my request for refund of my additional £10.00. In addition test kit instructions were confusing as they didn't match instructions, identification labels were the wrong size for the samples and interim communication via email and chat were tardy, inaccurate and next to useless. I would stay well away from this company.

For some time, I have had a reaction to certain foods. It appears to be more than one, so it has not been easy to pinpoint what the cause is. On suggestion from someone close, I decided to look into a food intolerance and allergy test.

The Health Hub pack arrived quite quickly, but it was clear things were not as they were described on the packaging. I queried their helpline and was informed that some things had been replaced, so in theory, what I needed was still in the packaging. I followed the procedures as best I could, but unknown to me at the time, I was also missing a key piece of information.

After a two weeks I chased up the test, only to be told that I had needed to register the test before sending. The letter which explained this was what was missing from the pack. After a bit of debate, Health Hub agreed to send out another test for a vastly reduced fee. The fact I had to pay at all was a frustration, but keen to bring this all to a close, I agreed to the small sum.

This time when the pack arrived, everything was as described on the packaging contents, but it was clear I had received something this time that I had never received the first time around. Anyway, I did the test correctly this time and forwarded it.

A week later, I had to chase them again and was informed my sample was going through the process.

Three weeks later I had to chase them AGAIN. That was earlier this morning (16/10/22) and as if by magic my report was suddenly available, but dated 28/9/22. My experience of The Health Hub has not been a good one, and since the report contains several legal caveats about the tests, and they couldn't even get my date of birth correct, I have zero faith in the report that has been presented.

If you are considering using this company, I would suggest you think twice.

Completely unhelpful. Blood test was fiddly and I have been waiting over 5 weeks since 28 August for my results. No one answers their helpline.

Just to add, HealthHub has received my blood sample and it is recorded in their tracker.
