Was looking for one specific type of Knob, after searching every where found an item on there site that would be right for my needs.
Delivery was excellent arrived the very next day in a jiffy bag that was suitable for the item.
The site was easy to navigate and finalise the purchase.
The product looks to be of good quality but only time will actually tell but as it is I would say it is good quality.
I can not comment on communications as I had no need to make contact.

Only needed a single handle to match up a new cupboard to an existing kitchen.
Web site gave an accurate picture of the handle and the order and subsequent delivery was spot on.
